2 ★Toys are great! But as many others have stated, CONSTANT dropped connections. Wife had to run to the restroom in a local store because it disconnected while being on full go. I've had a toy in one hand, phone in the other, and it won't connect. Great concept, poor execution.

I have to remove it constantly to reconnect it. I have lost BIG money due to the terrible terrible performance of this app. Uggghhh. Beyond angry.

There's always, even when the doesn't have native support for - - - - - ALWAYS, a fix or workaround. also.... Most of the times it's a user error. So make sure (which is hard without tech knowledge for things like these) to read up. On Bluetooth tech, how it works and related matters. 1 ★This is not at all what I thought 100 plus dollars would get me. it was great at first now it won't connect to Bluetooth. won't vibrate when I get tipped. it's messing with my money. everything was fine until you guys got a bug in your system and ruined it for us cam models. What's the point if we can't even connect it?!
1 ★DO NOT BUY. Lovense toys and apps have too many issues to work, even if spending hundreds per toy is no problem for you, you'll just end up frustrated. Support is slow and hard to contact, if you have an urgent issue forget it. I also have issues getting signed out at random times over and over, sometimes the toy wont connect at all for days, the apps are really sketchy and buggy especially on desktop. It spends more time disconnected than connected when in use. Will update if issues get fixed.

2 ★Great when it works. But it's usually very hard to get it to connect. And then when it finally does it drops out every few minutes. Given that there are SO many people complaining about this issue, you would think Lovense would do something about it.
4 ★this was working great until the bug fixes. Now the QR scan code won't work at all. This app works great through my cell phone with the QR code but definitely not my tablet after the update. I will make do though. I have sent an error report.
1 ★Just purchased my lush and I'm not even able to use it with this app. It constantly disconnects. I mean constantly. It is extremely frustrating. Spent a 100 quid. I am incredibly disappointed.
3 ★Its sometiming. Sometimes it works for me to connect to cam, and other times it doesn't aant to connect, but the toy works fine. I guess this app needs to be updated.
