LitoDiagnostic utiliza los datos de la bioquímica urinaria y el análisis morfocomposicional del cálculo para ofrecer al profesional médico urólogo un soporte ágil para el diagnóstico y el tratamiento de la litiasis renal (cálculos o piedras en el riñón). El funcionamiento de la App es muy rápido y sencillo: el profesional urólogo selecciona los parámetros bioquímicos de los que disponga y que estén alterados, y a partir de esta información, se genera un informe con un diagnóstico y una serie de recomendaciones. Este informe puede ser la base o el complemento para el tratamiento del paciente con litiasis renal.LitoDiagnostic es una App desarrollada conjuntamente con el Laboratorio de Litiasis Renal de la Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB). El Laboratorio trabaja desde hace muchos años en el campo de la mejora del diagnóstico y el tratamiento de la litiasis renal. Los conocimientos fruto de esta labor investigadora se aplican en LitoDiagnostic.

El diagnóstico y recomendaciones se basan exclusivamente en los datos introducidos en la App.
