1 ★Really wanted to use the app the very first time I knew about it which is today. The practicality it offers sounded very exciting to me. However, Couldn't start the app as I couldn't find among my installed apps despite they say its built in. When searched Google play found it preinstalled and asked for update but unfortunately and annoyingly the "open" button just disappeared. I'm left with a ghost app that is built in my phone but I can't see or use. Very annoying. Phone is Galaxy S21 Ultra
2 ★I Download this app it's fantastic and looks good you can make a call from laptop and see notifications but reason giving 2 star is I can't use my phone apps even I can't see photos in my pc I need that I can use apps of my phone to my laptop. And another thing is snyc prosess is very slow make it faster or apply feature to use data cables for fast data transfering

And, to the "MS Expert", before you even try making more.excuses, ALL phone and PC sync requirements, settings, and conditions, listed in previous posts here, have been satisfied. Yous software is just unreliable. To the "Microsoft expert", thanks, I can find, read, and follow the instructions on the support.microsoft website just fine. I have to because your reply is a non-solution. Those adjustments don't work.
1 ★Awful unreliable app but a couple of friends haven't so far migrated to Whats App so I've tried to use this App. The idea is great but the App simply does not work, How can a company such as Microsoft release such a half baked pile of 'doo doo'. My PC links OK to photos on my phone and seems to receive texts OK but sending texts on my PC via 'Your phone' is pretty much impossible. If there's an app update it will allow the system to work for a few days then it simply stops being able to send texts. A total reinstall seems to also give the ability to be able to send texts again but only for a few days and then it packs in again. How is it that the WhatsApp version is perfect. I'd give this app '0' if I could. Simply the most unreliable app I've had the misfortune to have to use!
5 ★Easy to connect, just scan the QR code on the computer or Sign in with Microsoft Accaount. Nottifications,messages,photos and more features on your computer. This app is very helpful and i recommend this app to everyone.
5 ★It appears as an easy process to configure your phone, by it turns out to be insanely complicated due to multiple malfunctionings of the authentication system EDIT: retried with a different network and it all worked smoothly, so no particular problem for me
1 ★I am just not able to use this app from a couple of months. It's really frustrating to have something so good but being unable to use it. I've tried troubleshooting the app on my PC and Mobile. I've done everything suggested in the FAQs, but nothing seems to work for me.
1 ★Good news. I was having so much trouble getting anything done with this app that I double checked Samsung Dex. At first they disabled it for latest phones, but now it works. And, they just added wireless connectivity! I'll give m/s 'your phone' another try in a year after they've added more features.
1 ★Stopped functioning. My phone and laptop connected great until the recent update and now will not sync even after multiple restarts, ensuring that "battery saver" mode is off, and further troubleshooting. Just doesn't work anymore.

5 ★Exactly what I needed for setting up my new portable home network + html dashboards; linking my Samsung to my PC allows me to integrate the Phone Companion features directly into my dashboard just enough to make use of its features. Until I get around to Phone integration directly, this app is the perfect solution for quick prototyping and beginning the Android integration for my own product that I plan on releasing at some point. 3 ★I love this app. I've been using it for a couple of years. But I got a new phone and I'm having trouble finding it. I keep getting an uninstall prompt. I can't open it. I uninstalled it and went to the playstore to reinstall it and I get the same thing! Can anyone help me?
