ดังนั้นคณะผู้วิจัยจึงได้ดำเนินการศึกษาข้อมูลเพื่อนำมาแก้ไขปัญหาที่เหมาะสมที่สุดของการใช้บริการรถโดยสาร ในเขตอำเภอเมืองนครราชสีมา คือ การนำ Application on mobile มาใช้ในการแก้ปัญหาเรื่องการใช้บริการรถโดยสารของคนที่ไม่ทราบข้อมูลเส้นทางเดินรถโดยสารในเขตอำเภอเมืองนครราชสีมา เพื่อเพิ่มความรวดเร็ว ความถูกต้องของการใช้บริการรถโดยสาร ในเขตอำเภอเมืองนครราชสีมา
