「いしかわＥＣＯアプリ」は、日々のエコ活動による削減効果を節約金額などで見える化して、省エネ活動を実践するきっかけをつくる石川県の公式アプリです。また、これまで石川県が実施してきた、「エコチケット事業」、「省エネ・節電アクションプラン」および「いしかわクールシェア・ウォームシェア」の３事業が本アプリに集約されました。
「エコチケット事業」および「省エネ・節電アクションプラン」は、アプリにて活動実績を登録し、「いしかわクールシェア・ウォームシェア」は、協力店などシェアスポットに掲示されているQRコードを読み取ってスタンプを獲得します。
・「エコチケット事業」は活動内容に応じてポイントが付与され、ポイントに応じてエコチケット（協賛店舗で使用できる商品券）が当たります。
・「省エネ・節電アクションプラン」は、一定の活動日数を超えた場合に、金券（エコチケットまたは協賛企業の金券）が当たる抽選に応募することができます。
・「いしかわクールシェア・ウォームシェア」は、スタンプの獲得数に応じて、ひゃくまん穀などの県産品や協賛企業の商品などが当たる抽選に応募することができます。
他にも、環境や石川県に関するクイズなどで楽しくアプリを利用できます。
