3 ★The game freezes, bombs out and restarts after each attempt at a level. The restart is very slow so you waste more time trying to get back into the game than actually playing. The rewards are so few and far between and not very helpful. You battle to progress in the game because the challenges are so difficult to complete and you have to restart from the beginning if you fail. The challenges are repetitive and it's starting to get boring.
1 ★Unable to play newest Map- Journey.

2 ★Quickly losing it's entertainment value. How many times can you play the same level and lose by a single move and be offered to pay for additional moves, before it becomes apparant that this game has devolved into a cheap money grab? This is the same with many of the special events. I have gotten so disgusted with being on the same levels for days and days that i am seriously considering just getting rid of it all together. Used to be fun, now just irritating.
1 ★We are so disappointed in this game. I originally paid for this game, back in 2013 or 2014, for my disabled daughter. She was in Frozen heaven, and it was a great way to get some vision therapy in. Over the past year, it has become so difficult, she has abandoned it. After all these years, she should be good at it. But you can't actually win most of the levels without buying lives/power ups/etc. We understand that developers need to make money, but we can't afford it.
4 ★I love this game very much..... because I love frozen.So I like the game first I taked the then I was very exited.......but some days passed then the game was gone from the phone. Then I reinstalled the game,then I was expected that this game will be not gone from the phone.Then the many times gone from the phone......but really this game is sooooo intresting. That's the reason, anyway I will give u four star.Thanku
4 ★I love Frozen so i love this game! Its so carefuly animated and its really outstanding keep up the good work! Although there is one problom the power ups,you have to buy power ups in difficult aituations and you cant use an ad to revive your mives you can only buy them, i cant buy anything online so i usally have to loose a life when ive worked so hard. Please give us that feature and i might edit this comment in the future.
2 ★The "upgrades" of the game made it very hard to get snowballs (for additional moves) or other "powers" without paying. Challenges are also very unlikely to be won without purchasing, which makes the game lose much of its appeal. Too bad...
1 ★Can't log into Jam City account any longer. It's been weeks and this hasn't been resolved so I've lost a lot of progress. It's a real shame that I'm now going to uninstall this as I've been playing it for years but, there it is. There is little to no customer support since Jam City took over so goodbye Frozen Freefall!
1 ★Extremely saddened that I am unloading this game. I had been playing it for over two years, but I recently bought a new phone and the game did not update properly and I was not impressed. I tried contacting Jam City and received no response. Its too bad because I enjoyed it.
1 ★QA on this app has suffered since it was taken over by Jam City. Stuck on a level (1316) that is not winnable, even with power ups, due to poor design. I'd like to continue using the app, but it looks like it won't be possible.
