The Coach James Club is here to empower you to become the best version of yourself, reach your full potential and help you achieve your health goals.James and the team will help you thrive in your body, both physcially and mentally, through tailored training programmes designed especially for you, personalised meal plans with hundreds of meals to choose from and the option of having 1-1 check ins.
The app lets you record your fitness activities and keep track of your own weights and progress, which will be the foundation for tweaks and changes of your exercise plan as you progress. Any meals suggested and workouts sent to you will be based on your preferences - everything from preferred cooking time, budget for shopping ingredients, allergies, likes and dislikes, current fitness level, equipment used, favourite exercises and much more.
