FitnessNu vil hjælpe dig til en fysisk og mental transformation af krop og sind.I et online coaching forløb med FitnessNu får du adgang til dine egne personlige kostplaner med lækre opskrifter tilpasset til dit behov og dine præferencer. I app'en vil du også finde din træningsplan, som i led med kosten bl.a. er med til, at du når dine mål for din krop.
I appen kan du logge din fitnessaktiviteter og holde styr på dine egne fremskridt, som vil være grundlaget for finjusteringer og ændringer af dit videre forløb.
De vigtigste funktioner, du får i app'en:
- Skræddersyede interaktive trænings- og kostplaner skabt af din coach. Gennemfør din træning trin for trin og log dine resultater, og opret din egen indløbsliste direkte fra din kostplan.
- Nem logging af målinger og en lang række fitnessaktiviteter. Log dine aktiviteter direkte i appen, eller importer aktiviteter, som du har logget på andre enheder, gennem Google Fit.
- Se dine personlige mål, din fremgang og dine aktiviteter når som helst.
- Chatfunktion, hvor du løbende vil modtage tekst- lyd- og videobeskeder fra Fitness Nu team'et, og hvor vi løbende kan være i dialog vedr. dit forløb og sørge for, at du er motiveret til at komme i mål.
- Coachingforløb kan inkludere adgang til en gruppe - et fællesskab med andre klienter, hvor alle kan dele tips, stille spørgsmål og støtte hinanden. Det er frivilligt at deltage, og dit navn og profilbillede bliver kun synligt for andre medlemmer i gruppen hvis du vælger at acceptere invitationen fra din coach til at være med i en gruppe.
