De vigtigste funktioner, du får i Larsen Coaching app'en:
- Skræddersyede interaktive trænings- og kostplaner skabt af din coach. Gennemfør din træning trin for trin og log dine resultater, og opret din egen indløbsliste direkte fra din kostplan.
- Nem logging af målinger og en lang række fitnessaktiviteter. Log dine aktiviteter direkte i appen, eller importer aktiviteter, som du har logget på andre enheder, gennem Google Fit.
- Se dine personlige mål, din fremgang og dine aktiviteter når som helst.
- Beskedfunktion hvor du løbende kan have dialog omkring dit forløb.
