24/7 Virtual Care
The Intermountain Health Connect Care app allows you or your child to visit with an Intermountain Health clinician for certain urgent care conditions using your phone or tablet. If you have cold or flu symptoms, sinus pain, sore throat, painful urination, a minor rash or skin issue, upset stomach, or other minor symptoms, use Connect Care 24/7/365 to quickly and conveniently get the care you need from wherever you are – just $69 a visit. Many insurance plans accepted.

Connect Care is a convenient, affordable way to get care from Intermountain Health clinicians. Our highly-trained, board certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants have many years of experience in urgent care, clinics, and hospitals, and are specially trained to provide care using telehealth. Your doctor will also be able to see the results of your visit in your medical record, and can incorporate it into your overall care. When appropriate for your condition, we can prescribe and deliver your prescription to your home or nearest pharmacy.

Connect Care is not appropriate for all conditions. If you are unsure of whether you are having a life-threatening medical emergency, or are experiencing any of the following, please go to your nearest ER:

· Chest pain or pressure

· Uncontrolled bleeding

· Sudden or severe pain

· Coughing / vomiting blood

· Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

· Sudden dizziness, weakness, change in vision, slurred speech, numbness, or other neurological changes

· Severe or persistent vomiting or diarrhea

· Changes in mental status, such as confusion

· Assault, physical or sexual abuse, or child abuse

4 ★Great experience. With a toddler running to Urgent Care is hard. It was hard getting connected, as the first provider's call glitched and dropped. I wasn't charged until I successfully talked to a Dr. My sinus infection got bad enough to try this method. I don't have insurance but it was affordable to talk to a dr and get the medical help needed. Thanks IHS team!
5 ★Wow! That was so fast and easy! I needed to talk about a prescription, during covid19 pandemic, and I used this alternative way to visit my doctor! Best Appointment ever! Thank goodness for new ways of getting quick health care, without the drive, the wait, or worrying about possibly catching something, from someone else at the clinic! LOVE this app! I highly recommend using it!
5 ★It's definitely hard not to have personal contact with your doctor but for the situation at hand overall it's a pretty good experience I just feel that in situations where you need your doctor person to person or face to face in a environment you're comfortable with is better than sitting before a camera but overall is a pretty good experience
1 ★I loved it at first. The Dr. Was very nice and willing to help. Once they got my money however all help went out the window. I was in excruciating pain for HOURS sending email after email for the dr. To send the medication to the pharmacy. I can see she's available to.take another paying customer. But wont respond to my email. Still waiting......no prescription....in pain. They ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR $49!! I'll never do this again. Horrible experience. We'll see if she ever sends my prescription in. I'm doubtful.
1 ★The visit was fine and I didn't have to wait long at all. However, out of the two prescriptions that they called in to my pharmacy, one wasn't there. My pharmacist called and was told that only the patient can call, because reasons. So then I called, sat on hold for half an hour, then someone picked up the line and immediately hung up. I mean, you're completely at their mercy and your only option to contact them is a phone number. So I don't know how I'm ever going to get my medication.
5 ★It was great. Communication back and forth with my doctor was great. No hiccups or issues with the app. It was the first time that I used it, but it will be nice if I do t need to answer the health questions every time that I'll use the app.
5 ★This was my first time using this app for a doctor's appointment and the connection and video all went through smoothly. I had done this with another doctor with a different app prior to this appointment, and the success was not so wonderful, so I was really grateful for how well this went.
5 ★Love this app! It has all your history of your health, doctor and ER visits, as well as all of the shots or medications that you have ever been put on with dates and detailed info of visits, or surgeries that you have had in your past.
1 ★This app is supposed to connect you to a care provider that can help you with basic medical issues. The challenge I had was that the provider prescribed a medication that never made it to the pharmacy. When we called customer service multiple times we were given incorrect information. They gave me their direct line which was a fax machine. Then to add insult to injury they called me after I was forced to see another provider to tell me that they couldn't do anything for me. I will never use this service.
5 ★I had to use my husband's phone because mine was charging so I don't want anyone thinking it's him. The app is good, but I'm not electronically gifted. I have to rely on him to get me started. My lack of electronic use would not be a fair evaluation of this app.
5 ★It was very helpful to be able to talk to a medical professional without having to get myself to their office. They gave me clear and relevant information about home care and what I needed to do next. Because, for my sickness, I needed to go into urgent care, they waived the fee for the call itself. I will use this service again next time I am ill.
5 ★I don't rate apps but this one deserves a rating. Yesterday was riddled with the tell tale signs a UTI. Rather than suffering all weekend I decided to try ConnectCare for the first time today. After a short visit I had a prescription for an antibiotic sent to the pharmacy. The pharmacy was closed! I followed up with the doc via message and he quickly replied and got my script sent to a different pharmacy! I am so glad I can start treating my UTI today instead of next week! Would recommend!
