5 ★Really helpful and friendly customer care. I had a really niche problem and the customer care/engineering team were really quick to get back to me and fix it!

1 ★Worst app it just stopped working and won't let me sign in then says opps no account found after so many years what the hell can't get kids in and out so dangerous to gabe this electronic when devices just fails no reason. Not even an update nothing. No support no help.

1 ★The app is terrible as well as the product. Elementary, the Favorite function is not transmitted to the Google Home app. You need to use their own app to control some curtains.

4 ★Update: while limits to features still exist, support was vey helpful and generous with their time to explain the challenges. They also gave me a workaround to address a specific scenario I was trying to accomplish. Also, I found my concerns are known issues that are actively being worked and they were courteous enough to give me an update. The interface, usability, and stability of the app is well done and the team seems to run a pretty solid operation. Looking forward to the updates!

5 ★Recently had an issue with an older internet hub. When I raised the issue with NeoSmart it was replaced, problem solved and all the way through the process the support team stayed in contact.Definitely a 5 star performance and when they say support they really mean it.

3 ★The schedules only let you configure schedules per room, not per blind in the room. I have dual roller shades and I want to set different open/close schedules for the front and back rollers but I can't unless I tell the app they're in different rooms even though they're physically on the same window. Scenes mitigate this somewhat, but you can't set a schedule on a scene. The app also doesn't have a dark mode, it only has eye stab mode.
