SmartAgent personal assistant is a mobile application that enables travel agents to maximize their business value while delivering an excellent service to their customers.Being optimized for mobile devices, SmartAgent offers an intuitive and easy to use user interface, allowing agents to perform operations on PNRs with a single click using a secure encrypted connection.
SmartAgent takes advantage of mobile push notifications in order to notify the travel agent when a truly important event occurs. SmartAgent’s operations are performed in real time directly on the GDS system.
