Para acceder a esta nueva versión, puede ir a las configuraciones y dar click en el ménu de "Configuración", después pulsar el botón "Cambiar a la nueva Versión" y presionar "ACEPTAR" en el cuadro de dialogo. Una vez realizado el proceso anterior, la aplicación se cerrara automáticamente.

Además, con SICAS SC podrá recibir las llamadas registradas en SICAS Online de clientes que le marcaron a su oficina y que requiere se reporte. SICAS SC le proporcionará toda la información necesaria para regresar la llamada.
SICAS SC no solo presenta información “Consultas”, también puede ver y descargar el centro digital, de la póliza, cobranza o datos del cliente. Claro, con su respectiva seguridad y autorización.
Con la agenda integrada a su SICAS Online, tendrá toda la funcionalidad de poder monitorear y auditar los pendientes principales, manteniendo la comunicación con sus colaboradores sobre dichos pendientes.
