3 ★Update: 3/21/23. Would be nice if spell check would work again in the app. I've been using the subscription version for a while and it's worked good for me. It would be nice if there was a "keyword" search bar to find invoices quickly. If you do a lot work for a client and need to find that particular invoice you have to search through them all unless you know the exact invoice number
1 ★This is just to get you to pay a subscription. If you read the fine print, it tells you that you only have a limited number of invoices to make before you have to begin paying a subscription. They don't tell you what that number is, but after getting setup with the app and trying to send out your second invoice you find out it's only ONE invoice. I understand having a simple free version with ads, and having to pay for more features, but this really just a trial version to send one free sample.
5 ★This app is awesome! Very easy to use and quick for making up invoices. Unfortunately since the latest update, the app won't even open up anymore, it's just stuck on the logo when it first opens, It won't go past it for some reason. Even Uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck. Very very unfortunate as I have all my billing info amd everything on it. Not sure what the deal is. A quick fix would be greatly appreciated!
5 ★No better way to keep track of invoices new and old, keep track of paid and outstanding all in one app. The only downfall I've experienced is, if your needing to send to more than one email, you have to send the same invoice multiple times. The inv can only be assigned to one email at a time and I have a commercial account that has to be sent to multiple people so that makes my work double the time due to having to input manually another email address and send them to the other offices as well.
2 ★The app is (or at least it was) great at creating estimates and invoices. The update to allow the option to get paid by credit card is not an option. YOU WILL BE GIVING YOUR CUSTOMERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD!! Even if you turn the option off, the email that is sent has the pay by credit card button. This just frustrates my customers and delays payment. I am having to search for an alternative app.
3 ★Mobile VS Desktop For some reason the mobile version does not appear to update what has been entered on the desktop version. Very inconvenient and we pay more to have both versions. One thing of the top of my head is that a deposit invoice was sent out on the desktop version and when I went to send the invoice out for the balance from my mobile because I didn't have my laptop with me. It showed the invoice with the full amount due. My app was up to date on play store.
5 ★This app hands down is the best on the market. If you nerd to email a PO, invoice, estimate, this app does it all. If you need to create multiple canned invoices for multipleoffered services, they do that too. You need a copy of the estimate or ivoice also emailed to you as well as your clients? No problem. They do it all. Don't go anywhere else :)
5 ★Good software, easy to use, easy to convert an estimate to a invoice. Two things though, its actually $100 bucks a yr (they dont tell you that till you are a few invoices in) also, no way to pass on the credit card proccessing fee to a customer when billing them or even split the charge with them. This should be fixed. All in all its a good package. Cheaper than quickbooks but they dont do your taxes or keep your mileage. Customer support seems good, already reached out and welcomed me. 👍
5 ★Awesome ✅ I use this for my business & it's amazing. I'm able to complete payroll invoices, more efficiently. I can also include my business logo. This app gives me the option to send my clients their invoice either by text or email. There's more deliver options availableIm sure. However, those two work perfectly for my business needs. *Best Of All* no more paper clutter. I'm able to save on any device.
5 ★I have been using this app for 2 years. I love it because it is simple and has advanced functionality for a small business. There is a companion web interface that is fully functional which is useful to allow a second user (like a bookkeeper) to have access. The support team is very responsive to my requests or suggestions and so far has met or exceeded every expectation. I highly recommend this app if you are a small business and only need a one user invoice creation platform.
5 ★Just like it says, SIMPLE TO GET THESE INVOICES OUT! Helps to be able to store clients, rates, jobs etc so it populates quickly! Can personalize a message, accept online payment if you want to, preview it before sending to ensure all is perfect! All my companies/ clients can easily opem the pdf of the invoice, it keeps the copy on my app as well, and also notified when it's been viewed and allows them to respond as well. Definitely recommend and Definitely going to pay to keep it!
5 ★Amazing! I am a business on the go, and this makes invoices incredibly easy, and they look very professional. It also saves your invoices so you can have them for your records, let's you populate information from your contacts, add photos and your logo, allows you to email or text them if you want, and even let's you save the info for repeat customers so you don't have to fill in all the same things over and over. They have definitely have earned a customer for life!
