“Montella Digital Radio” nasce come un’attenta rivisitazione e rivitalizzazione della musica degli ultimi e cupi anni ’70, degli indimenticabili anni ’80, delle colonne sonore dei film più visti al mondo (Sergio Leone e Morricone approverebbero). Tutto ciò è stato effettivamente realizzato quaranta anni dopo che il fenomeno, dal successo indiscutibile, delle trasmissioni FM ha contraddistinto la nascita e la messa in onda delle numerose Radio cosiddette “libere” (anni ’70). L’idea ha come punti cardine la scelta valutata ed eccellente di brani provenienti dai più disparati generi musicali, tra i quali il Funky, la Disco Music, Pop, Rock, Punk. E’ inoltre concesso ampio spazio alla fervente musica italiana di quegli anni. La rivoluzione tecnologica che contraddistingue il nuovo millennio incide positivamente sulla promozione e sulla diffusione di questa nostra piccola idea, considerando che Internet veicola le informazioni efficientemente e possiede confini straordinariamente illimitati. Ci rivolgiamo prevalentemente (ma non solo) a coloro che hanno vissuto con intensità gli anni ’70 e che, nostalgicamente, hanno voglia di rivivere il sabato sera in discoteca dei mitici anni d’oro, ballando e a divertendosi.
