Auto Plus mode - the smartest way to clean air

performance.
Disclaimer: Auto Plus mode will be released in winter 2022 for most Philips Air devices.

1 ★This app is just a basic remote controller. There's not even a basic scheduling function. I can't set up my purifier to enter "sleep mode" every evening and resume "automatic mode" every morning. Quite disappointing, especially for the most expensive of their 2-in-1 devices (purifier and humidifier). Oh, and I need to re-sync my device with the app and the WiFi, everytime I unplugged it to switch rooms.
4 ★This app is very useful with Philips series 3000 Air purifiers. However as a previous reviewer notes the Purifier will only connect to a 2.1Ghz router NOT a 5Ghz. So if you find your router cannot see the 3000i make sure you have a selected the 2.1Ghz signal from your router! You also need an Internet account with Philips but that is easy enough to do.
4 ★Conneting by giving wifi password is suboptimal, the app wants to know everything about you (but it turns out to be optional), and it hangs sometimes when you switch back to it. Another big problem is that you get no alerts when the watter tank used for air humidification runs out.
3 ★For anyone trying to connect with a BT Hub and failing: 1. Make sure you are connected to the 2.5gz version of your WiFi 2. Go onto your router settings (the little card with your WiFi password tells you how to do this on the reverse side) 3. Go onto your WiFi settings, and change your WiFi from Mode 1 to Mode 2 and save. It should then connect :)
1 ★Too slow, setup cant be manual so with teo routers (because only supports ancient wifi), gives error with a novice wouldnt be able to solve. Night mode cant be overruled!!! Normal lighting appatently isnit bright enough for it to stay on, is really poor.
1 ★The display on my machine has disappeared just in 2 months from purchase. The service engineer they send are clueless as well. Connecting to WiFi isn't easy at all. Mine hasn't happened yet
4 ★Intuitive app with a lot of extra material. Some features seem missing or I just can't find them like setting for the confirmation noises of my device (would like to turn them off), more options for scheduled on/off like what fan speed it should run at what time interval, and I'd like to turn some types of notifications off, but not all. Right now you can only turn all on or off, but I'd like to have only 2 of 3 active.
1 ★Error 1114 Edit after their response: I am not bloody emailing you. I refunded the product. I recommend everyone else who has reached the stage of desperation with their Phillips to do the same. It does not work with Alexa. Period. "this device is not responsive". The poor software here actually makes the hardware worthless in my eyes. I will be leaving the same review on Amazon and encourage others to do the same. Show that such godawful software is no longer ok in a premium product in 2020.
1 ★Was able to pair my air purifier to the app, but then when I tried to connect to Google Home over and over and it just keeps saying it's linked but then it doesn't actually show my ac1214 air purifier as a device.
