1 ★App is now so buggy it crashes constantly and sometimes can't be opened at all.
3 ★Unfortunately the app floods you with promotion of the paid plan. The app is inflexible eg. the layout of the main screen (also flooded with paid-for components). For older A/Cs it would good if it replicated all the features that the old IR remote was capable of (eg Swing)
3 ★It used to meet my needs but for some reason a lot of my schedules are missed. My phone keeps telling me the app keeps crashing and I should put it into deep sleep.

1 ★If you want to see an history of more than 1 day, you have to pay money every month. This is really basic thing to offer for a smart controller. I regret not buying another remote controller of another company for that. others are offering this function for free. Is buying the product itself isn't enough for you Sensibo?
1 ★If only could rate zero. Bought five of these and a thousand dollars later they don't work. Unable to contact support in the app. Can't reach the hidden send button. Can't units words unless unlocking portrait model and turning phone. Auto program only as manual impossible. Put Daikin and model number impossible to find, unable to search. . Auto model. Press power button On okay Off okay Temperature up and down really random. Vert sweep on not off Horiz sweep of not on RUBBISH
1 ★Recently it had been keep crashing on my pixel 9 pro XL and not able to control my ac via app at all I have setup two rooms (Aircon) both Aircon are able to control by the same remote (very common). However Sensibo app always confuse if I turn on my living room ac (only) app will indicate I turn on BOTH living room and bedroom AC vice versa. Simply need to improve
1 ★Big issue is it stops working if it looses intetnet, almost froze the place after power outage when the router did not restart. Mostly works but always pushing their premium service, that by itself makes it not worth buying their product.
1 ★Used it to set up my dads AC once after it disconnecting. Thought it was the worst experience with software ive ever had, that is until I had to fix the AC again and realized that the app somehow sucks even more than last time. Fire everyone behind this piece of absolute junk software
