2 ★Nice interface and intuitive but autofill simply doesn't work on my S20 Ultra. And yes, autofill service is enabled for NordPass and it's enabled in "installed services". Switching back to LastPass and will check back in maybe in 6 months to see if things have improved. One last thing, please allow us to import from Last Pass. This is a must have for me.
3 ★Really on the fence with this product. I've enjoyed NordVPN for years. I just dumped lastpass due to their repeated screw-ups. Found a security page write up on NordPass being top, so switched. The functionality is years behind what Lastpass has. Key issues: 1. Constantly prompted on desktop for Master key. 2. Having to search for login on mobile and PC. This is a borderline showstopper. LastPass nailed this.
2 ★Okay, but they definitely prey on the unsuspecting auto renew, I had quit using it and didn't realize the auto renew was set. After getting a bill in February, I noticed on 1Mar and contacted them, and they would not refund. The 30 day satisfaction guarantee is only for new customers. I don't use their nordpass because bitwarden is better, cheaper, and bugs you much less. Dissatisfied with customer service.
2 ★Only 1 device and no sync without paid subscription. There's big discounts for the first time paid subscriptions and then the prices are astronomically, way way to much. Not even a discount if you're already using their NordVPN app. I'm going to pay for the 1Password password manager app. It has a much more reasonable price. I've been using it for around two weeks and it works fast and easily :-)
3 ★So far, I'm not finding this app all that useful. It is unable to save passwords for my apps, so I still have to put those in manually. The fact that it saved the passes for my browsers is fruitless, since the browsers themselves save the passes anyway. I actually downloaded this app under the assumption that it saved passwords for apps themselves. It doesn't. I may drop this soon.
3 ★While I find the Nordpass service great, using the app can be maddening. It often fails to recognize that I've opened an app requesting a related password I've already saved, and using or changing a password for apps (or even mobile webpages) becomes a frustrating act of juggling back and forth between the two apps. It feels needlessly complicated and unintuitive compared to the pc service.
4 ★generally a seamless experience. I'm pretty sure some of my passwords and other data were lost when I transferred from keepass2, but it's also possible they were in a different file... sometimes the autopsy option doesn't come up when in an app, but usually it's good 👍
3 ★I should have tried it before getting the 2 year sub. Currently it is not fully featured as other managers. It works but just not very intuitive. It would be nice to have an option to unlock the desktop app with a push notification on the phone. Resolving duplicate passwords is difficult on the desktop since passwords are sorted only by last used. I would have to say the desktop app is underdeveloped compared to the phone app. I look forward to future developments.
3 ★It's ok - I hate that it duplicates the same password over & over because instead of updating it, it gets very confusing when trying to remember my logins. I also don't like that I have to use an extremely long password to login because the "use Nordpass as an Authenticator" setting isn't on my app. Finally, I hate that instead of just filling in the saved password, I have to login to Nord every time, which is not efficient. I'm paid up thru June but will be moving to another app.
2 ★i'd like to give it more stars but its extremely buggy and slow. the phone app never asks to save passwords so its kinda useless, never lets me input passwords either even if logged in. the browser plugin is very slow, half the time doesnt let you log in. the only positive i have about this app is that its free. I prefer roboform, also free but way faster and more efficient at adding/placing passwords.
1 ★I can't believe how bad this company is. It's honestly been ab extreme hassle. The app is nice. But it's the customer service that's horrible. I purchased the business but it didn't shoe up on their end even though i showed them cc transactions. All customer service is through messaging or emails which I don't think they even read carefully. I bought 2 user but decided to add a 3rd but even that's a hassle because you need at least two. But I already bought two. Now I want to add a third.
5 ★Good app but... The problem can start with the fact that IF the app doesn't have the right permissions granted it doesn't auto fill or save info correctly. When you first install it automatically asks to set those permissions up.. but if you update in some cases those permissions may end up being reset and you have to re-enable them. If you don't then the app won't work the way that you're used to which can be annoying. Once I realized the issue it was easily fixed
