2 ★Have had the service for 3 months now and in the beginning, it worked well. Just as others have commented, Biz texter sales have consistently sent me promos to "Upgrade" to a higher volume plan. I did "upgrade". Now the service generates a message that I have used up all my alloted text and will not operate unless I buy another upgrade. My monthly plan payment was charged on the 22nd and my new monthly plan starts monthly on the 23rd. It is now the 25th and the service is still not working. I have phoned and texted customer service with no replies. I will be seeking out another company to do my mass/bulk business texting!
1 ★I loved this app but it's not working and instead of helping or fixing it the guys at biztexter just want to sell you a more expensive product - their cloud version. I've been messaging them for weeks now and no help. It's disgraceful!!

1 ★Customer service is horrendous. The rep argued with me about understanding a queue and I had no follow-up on my open issue for 5 days. Rude on phone. Leaving voicemail option with IT was not possible on automated service, and when I mentioned this to the customer support rep, she stated it wasn't her department so it's not her problem...I paused and after awkward silence mentioned it might be helpful if she communicated this to the department so it could help the customer experience, and this was also met with resistance. F.
