1 ★Used to love this app then the already played error started happening on top of a load of other bugs. I did a backup and reinstalled and now it won't let me choose folders or find the backup. I'm out!
3 ★With the newest update, my playlist deletes after an episode finishes. I hope this is resolved soon. Otherwise I have no major issues with this app and it'd be a 4 or 5.
2 ★Long time user but gets buggier with every update. Stops downloading new podcasts for some feeds. New downloads marked as already played. Clicking on a podcast to download again or mark unplayed, instead jumps you down the list.
4 ★Latest update fixes most of the errors that people have been having. I still get occasional podcasts that don't have runtimes until I start playing them but otherwise everything is back to normal.
5 ★The resurrected app is great. Finally, the app is useable again. I have not found the smart playlist via categories function anywhere else, so have returned to this as my go-to app.
3 ★Latest update 2nd Nov 2020 has made all newly downloaded (unplayed) episodes marked as played, grrrrr! And "Clear Played" no longer works so I can't even force new episodes to appear unplayed. (Very long term, paying user)
2 ★The app was good in its time. Now, it can't update from RSS feeds. Switched to Podcast Republic with no issues.
1 ★Often locks up, or times out when launching in Android auto, widget often will not play and must go to the app to play. Google pixel 2xl.
2 ★Still the best player I can find in as much as the way you can configure autoplay. Though the widget doesn't work, and whilst driving won't work correctly with Maps SatNav
3 ★Latest update has issues. Most things that auto download are listed as already played. Everything else seems to work but this messes with my playlist.
5 ★Tentatively going back to five stars since an update just happened that claim to fix lots of problems. When bug free, this app is a five.
2 ★Podcast stops playing at 55 seconds if the app is not on top (when running in background)also anytime you spend too much time with another app.
