5 ★Lovely and amazing. I would give it 4.5 stars. Only thing that's missing is the right way to start a posture. I am from India and have been practicing yoga most of my life. Many postures start a different way than they end up and it's quite important to make a path towards getting to the posture. I hope they add that too instead of just showing the end game. That's all. 5 ★I love that it helps me with my goal by setting milestones. Everything here is also customizable - the plan, the arrangement of exercises, the timing of breaks, preparation and the workout itself! The visuals are nice as well. One minor thing, can you tie the model's hair? :) this is also not expensive for something that is great :)

Tried a few home versions this is BY FAR THE BEST. This app is incredibly user friendly and informative. You can personalise the workouts and timings and you get realistic goals, can track progress and who would have thought the way you breathe can make such a difference! 5 ★I have never paid for a sport app, but this app is a keeper! motivating, challenging, with shuffling exercises. The best I ve tested. Perfect for home or gym training on a short and long run. Also customizable. Really, I would not have expected to be addicted to it.
5 ★I've only been using the app for about 10 days. But I really like it. It's a short 8 to 10 min workout that increases in ddifficulty each work out. I haven't lost any weight, but I didn't expect to with such short work outs, I did notice I'm more flexible. I plan to keep using this app and I eventually plan on paying to open the rest of the work outs.
5 ★No nonsense app for yoga. Most exercises for trimming down. Focus is on weight loss. Each exercise session is about 10 minutes with 8-10 exercises. After every exercise of 30 seconds you get 10 seconds of rest followed by another 10 seconds to watch and learn the next exercise. There are few repetitions and the difficulty levels are slowly introduced to avoid burn out. The best app i have used so far.
5 ★Very easy to use, and effective too even if you not a premium member like me, but you are still able to do many programs and since i started in January 16,2022 i have since lost 2.5kg . Doing the exercises a maximum of 4 times a week for about 10 to 25min each depending on the program and the day. Another great thing is you dont need your data to be on when doing the exercises for us who likes to save data haha.. Thanks so much developers for this app.

Didn't realize how my flexibility had suffered being off work during pandemic. App is easy to use and simple to follow ... really needed the vocal instructions... now know what the cobra is lol.
