5 ★Very easy to follow much better than buying a work out video. You can look at all the workouts virtually before you do it. I love the virtual examples and also the wording. Great programs for getting your body used to pilates.
4 ★It looks nice, thought I use it not so long. It would be much better, if there is a sound signal of starting exercise after description, because I'm not stuck to the screen while listening to explanation to the next exercise.
5 ★If you enjoy yoga, I highly recommend this app! Pilates is basically yoga that uses more active muscle engagement rather than just stretching. Some of the exercises are modifications of existing yoga poses! I enjoy the program and the lifetime access is a one time charge of less than 5 USD! That's less than most apps charge a month! I also appreciate that it syncs to Google fit even in the free version. I enjoy the program and I feel I got a good value for my money.
3 ★Not a bad app for core work, with good cartoon illustrations of the exercises, but (with a few exceptions) most of the exercises aren't anything that Joseph Pilates would have recognized as his exercise system. Also, breathing is not addressed, which is an important part of Pilates.

5 ★Great app! If you skipped a few days it will adjust difficulty to lower setting so you will not hurt yourself and slowly will get back on track. Great variety of routine, you will not get bored.

I don't feel they are hard to do so far, time will tell how much harder and for what length of time I will be doing each exercise as I progress through the stages. At the moment it's taking me less than ten minutes to complete a one day exercise.
2 ★Such a shame: I bought this app last week because of the 17 min pilates workouts and was very happy while it lasted. With the new update this workout is removed and replaced by a 7 min workout. I dont want to have to build my own workout routine or repeat the 7 min workout several times. I bought the app to give me the longer balanced workouts. Might consider getting a refund.
