5 ★Update: back to 5 stars. Looked at other fasting apps but came back to this because of functionality, reminders, custom fasting schedules (I like to shake things up). Love the app Had to edit this review. Seeing that the icon has changed, I can only assume there was an update. Thys being said, I don't get notifications anymore.
5 ★I was doing IF earlier this year with a much more complex app. The complexity made it so I stopped using the app, and ended up gaining 5 lbs back. This app solves that problem by being super straightforward : start your fast, stop your fast and a time telling you what state you are in. It provides tracking with a minimum amount of effort, which hopefully means I can stick with it longer.
4 ★I really like having this companion app with my fasting lifestyle. It helps me to stay on track, and doesn't nag me! I didn't give it 5 stars because I just started using it, but so far, so good. Thanks for the boost though, and I will be rating this app again as I go along!♥️
4 ★It is very easy to use and simple . Also helps me to keep track on my fasting very good . I wish I've found out this app earlier. I have some wish that there is timer that shows how much time that I have left to reach the fasting goal and dash board that showing how much weight do I have to lose to reach my weight goal.
5 ★I have had great success losing weight by tracking the hours I'm fasting. It takes the guess work out of when to eat again, and I can log my weight daily. This app also contains a lot of information on intermittent fasting and the health benefits of it; which is beneficial to anyone new to IF.
4 ★Best fasting timer I have tried, being able to set up your schedule/ configure each day makes more sense to me, I also prefer the layout of this app it's clean & intuitive. Only things missing that would make this perfect are theme options (preferably a dark mode), and a widget or persistent notification to view the remaining time outside of the app. Still a very good app, also great that there's no subscription just 1 reasonable payment. thanks
1 ★They changed their interface so I changed my review. There used to be a button which says "Start Fasting" and now the buttons says "Stop Eating". It's subtle but this makes a big difference, and not in a good way. "Start Fasting" = something great I'm doing for my body. "Stop Eating" makes me think of deprivation. I used to love this app. Why would you change it? Deleted.
5 ★I really love this app because it helps me to stay on track with my fasting. I like that it has options for editing the start time just in case I forget to "start fasting" right when I do start. I love this app! Also, I like that I can track my weight and that I can review my reports. It's just a very simple to use app. Love it!
4 ★I like the app. One feature I really like is being able to change the start/end times of my fast/eat window if I did not remember to do it in real time. I was previously using it on iOS but now using it on android. One difference is that on the android the app allows you to say when you started and stopped eating as well. You would think it is self explanatory then when you stop eating your fast is starting and vice versa but the app requires both be inputed which is silly.
5 ★***Update 11/04/19: I contacted the developer and they were able to correct the issue.*** I still give this app top marks, but I'm also experiencing the "loading" circle. I only noticed it after the end of DST on Sunday (11/03/19). I tried killing the app and starting it, clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone in between, all to no avail. I am on an S10+, running Pie with the November 1, 2019 security patch.
5 ★Have been using this app for about 3 days. So far so good, the timer is great. It remind you to fast, notifies you when the fast period is over, and it works seamlessly when the app is closed. Also lets you choose when and whether to be reminded to fast, and for how long.

I started my fast prior to thinking about using an app to help me keep track of the hours. I had downloaded another app, but I was unable to backdate it, so this is super helpful. Going on a 7 day dry fast and then an 8 hour refeed, then the Snake Diet. GOOD LUCK FELLOW FASTERS!!
