Mentor mobile application for Project CHESS participants. Collaborative for Hispanics in Higher Education & Student Success (CHESS) is an HSI Title V collaborative initiative of California Lutheran University and Moorpark College to help students find success and achieve their degree by engaging in the classroom, feeling academically capable, and connecting to peers and the campus community. CHESS works to counter practices known to disadvantage Hispanic and other historically marginalized students, particularly in the classroom, and create sustainable capacity and change. Funding for this Project (P031S180135) provided by the Department of Education.
