5 ★This is, hands down, the best mtg app. Fast and flexible searches, great importing and exporting utility. It has a life tracker for 2 people, but it has everything from a timer, poison counter tracker, mana tracker, and dice roller. It has oracle text, it has rulings on cards, and it has a trading tool. There was a brief problem with crashing, but that went away once I did a database update. That's the first problem I've had with this app in 2+ years. Phenomenal app with fast and good updates.
3 ★Not sure what changed but the card images won't load anymore, always used to, now they won't no matter what I try. still a very useful app that does what it should but the card pic thing is a big let down. Also just as a suggestion: add filters for "blocks" in the searches and databases, would be very convenient compared to looking through every single set release.
5 ★Best deck builder, search function, and cost/collection manager I've found to date. Edit for RNA. update makes app unplayable. crashes when pushing any button. this is still the best app out there ans i will return to 5 stars as soon as it is updated. Edit for WAR. Back up to full functionality. it was a little frustrating that an update couldnt be done in between the two sets, but I understand when its a one-person operation.
1 ★Does what it sets out to do in all 5 flying colors. A great UI, search feature, a deck management tool for avid brewers and rookies alike, game tools that make other apps entirely redundant, and accurate game test tools that allow you to play out test hands rather than just seeing them. If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. Edit: While formerly a 5 star review, I've reduced it to 1 thanks to a bug that has made this app unusable for several months, despite sending reports and feedback in.
4 ★huge fan of the app, i purchased the premium version 3 years ago and its still the only mobile app ive ever given money in my life. however mtg unofficial has gotten worse over time. set releases come substantially late, rules dont display anymore, and you can no longer flip or transform cards. the reason i love this app is it is unmatched in deck testing, and its very responsive and reliable with its auto save. i still recommend this to any deck builder, but the issues are ruining my experience
5 ★I've been a long time user of this app, and its had some recent hiccups. But it's back on track to be the best mtg app on the market with an effective search feature, deck building, trading, rules and playtesting capabilities. The only thing this app has against it is that the trading function can't do promos and specialty prints. Absolutely great besides that!
5 ★IT WORKS AGAIN! On my last phone (Samsung Galaxy s5), it started crashing whenever I left the home screen. But now it works on my new phone (Moto z4). It's such a good app and it was always my go-to MTG app. The game tools are really helpful and searching is fast and easy. I'd recommend it over other apps like MTG Cards Info. The searching is just so much faster and easier.
2 ★great app when people are updating but it seems to have been forgotten. card images won't load and waiting on them to update for new sets so I can build a deck is taking an eternity. this app is the best of it's kind when they pay attention to it, but now it's about to be deleted. searching for a replacement but wish this app had people updating cuz it's the best I've found so far.
3 ★Updates appear to be limited to late listings of new releases; bugs still remain from Jan 19. This app is the best of its type when working and maintained - great for managing your collection and building decks anywhere. Searching for the perfect cards to finish a killer deck is easy. Dropbox support means it syncs over multiple devices. Have tried others, including costly alternatives, and this is the best one by far. Would happily pay for these features - 5 stars product that lacks support.
4 ★Update: they fix past issues now just slow to get new sets. I do Love this app! Started with the free version and then upgraded because it's that good. I don't usually buy apps, but this one is worth it. Easy to create decks and to build them in the format you want with all the filters you could think of! Thanks guys!
5 ★It is one of few apps that keeps up with rapid releases, even if it takes ~a week to update. It's worth the wait, having a basic mobile query that works offline is extraordinary. It even has a rulebook, the comprehensive one stapled to it alongside dice, mana counters a life/poison counter and even a timer. Alongside a few special settigs if you need to get get more specific. Overall it is an excellent app for any MTG player. For all the things above, and hopefully more to come.
5 ★easy to navigate. works wonders when building a deck to figure out what you want in it. and having the option to see a card from a specific set too is tremendous for helping out a rough estimate of it's worth. highly recommend. and the best part? I've hardly seen any ads yet!(knock on wood)
