1 ★Agent can't type properly making it difficult for me to read and understand. Screen flickers constantly when agent types which made me hang up the call as I could not read without screen flickering all the time, especially in larger fonts! Another issue: I dont like words sending bit by bits everytime I use space bar! Why not just leave it normal typing without sending bit by bits; but that agent could also read through live what I'm typing, like I see it with agent.

4 ★I think I like it. More clear than NGT. So far 8 made a call but no relay assistant has picked up. I will see how it works over time and come back and give feedback Edit: This newer version is okay except that I was asked to call a text relay number without 18001 yet it is inbuilt. Please can you sort this. Also the fact you can't us multiple screen without disconnecting is a bummer

1 ★I cannot make outgoing calls. Relay help desk do not know why and neither does my mobile provider.

1 ★I said I would type and can hear, but the operator kept typing the speaker's words. Also, no common sense - just said aloud every syllable I typed, even if mis-typed. Should wait for a few words to get context before saying them. It was so frustrating and unsuitable for a conversation.

5 ★Very clear text from the agent relaying the call. I'm deaf but I use speech over the phone and I read their reply. It gives me great independence making calls myself, rather than relying on someone else. Can't do without Relay UK.

4 ★Not sure why this has such low score, it worked flawlessly with my 1st call. The flickering at the bottom of the screen while others are typing is annoying though.
