1 ★Half the app features create errors, then the app crashes. Has been like this for all the months I've had it, which is unacceptable. Worst app I've ever seen.
1 ★Got to be one of the worst providers I've ever had , nothing but problems with the connection and speeds had engineer out, still had problems told to hard reset, still having problems so thought check on app , but app is now not working so thought will try website and website is down at the moment as well I mean wow 🤣 how bad can it get never again.
1 ★Sick of having to create new.passwords/ pins and getting thrown out. Drives me.mad!!! Only happens on the app. Sometimes I have to change my password a couple of times before it let's me in the app. It's like going round in circles sometimes with it. Its happened twice in the last 2 weeks. in the app I have to put all my details in again. It maybe then wont happen again for weeks. 6.months later still regularly throws me.out issues resetting password cant use the pin. The worst app I have
1 ★have to reset password and pass code . Have trouble making payments all this has started since the last 2 updates . And yes sometimes it comes up with what I'm looking for has not been found please try again later the new hub is worse than the old one cand get a signal after moving more than 20/30 foot away be glad when my contract is up I will go to a nother network dont go with there new hub it's a ripoff
1 ★Not fit for purpose. Can't do anything on the app other than check details regarding your packages with BT. If you want to amend anything or add anything on you always get an error message. Useless.
3 ★it just never works. I have not once been able to access my account via this app. I get 3 ticks and that's as far as it goes. Complete waste if time. OK reinstalled and working so far. will update this when I'm satisfied that it's working consistently. Meanwhile up to 3 stars.
1 ★Hate this app now too,it used to be good at viewing ur bill etc now it won't work properly,as just tried to get on it to check up and telling me to go and log in,app was good when it worked,whoever is in charge off it needs to get it fixed
1 ★-Login with specified password that has way to many rules surrounding the parameters of the password -Then setup a pin so you don't have to enter the ridiculous password you need to remember -Press back to exit the app -Open app straight away to re-enter pin.....presented with email & login again , been like this for too long - not to mention the WiFi takes at least 5 minutes to start up & that's fibre with speeds that don't reflect the promises
1 ★Still doesn't work on the following phones after last update as of 05/05/21, have tried on 5 different phones, Android 6.0 Lenovo B, 6.01 VFD 600 and 7.0 Motorla Moto C Plus. Have tried on Home WiFi and 4G data. Always says there is no connection when there is, when checking usage, bill etc. . Appears to work on Motorola E5 Play with Android 8.0.1. but not on previously mentioned phones or Alcatel 1B with Android 10 go.
1 ★Awful, simply doesn't work. When I log in and enter my pin I get a spinning wheel like everyone else describes. Also, going by other replies from BT I'm not sure what calling BT will do about it, I'd rather they just sorted the problem themselves.
4 ★Can't log in to app. I DO know my details, logged into website fine ten minutes previously. Now I have been locked out and have to wait 15 minutes. Will stick to website. Update - had to use a password from a previous order woth BT, that worked, although password for website is different. Happy now!
2 ★The app seems incapable of remembering what I've just done, whether it be renaming a device or suspending their connection to the Internet. Very frustrating
