1 ★I'm unable to login because I have forgotten my password. I tried to reset it on the app but it keeps saying my email id is invalid. I tried to do it on the site and it says if my email id is registered with icliniq I should get an email to reset my password. I did it twice within the space of like six hours and I'm to receive an email to reset my password. And yes my email is registered with you guys and get your emails and promotional stuffs on it. So why is this happening? Please fix ASAP!
1 ★This a dangerous app and gives incorrect diagnosis. I have worked under doctors for 3 years and can tell the service is not given by true doctors. A patient told me of this app and I checked it out and was devastated by the state of it. She had paid 10 dollars and got like 3 sentences of incorrect diagnosis provided for her. Imagine the anxiety,depression of a patient with a wrong mental illness or a chronic disorder.This type of a service can end a life. Not sure how these people sleep at night
5 ★I don't know what happen to other user. But so far so good for me. I use the chat service, 15$ for 50hours chat. I wanna let everyone know that you should choose 15$ chat over the 10$ query. With just 5$ , you get to ask as many question as you want. The 10$ query almost feel like scam. I don't know about other service but the "15$ chat service" is totally okay for me. The 10$ query service is too little and you get to ask only once.
3 ★Their should be one package to consult with a particular doctor during the entire treatment so that even the doctor are aware of the previous ongoing treatment and more over we have to pay the fee again and again to consult with the same doctor and evertime have to explain all the pervious issue to doctor which make the treatment harder... My opinion is to make an package to consult a particular doctor for particular time period like during the whole process of treatment... Thankyou
1 ★Don't waste your money, I still haven't gotten a response EDIT: They finally replied back to me but I couldn't answer them back without paying $30 to "start" a conversation, so apparently the $20 I already paid didn't count for anything 🙃

1 ★Not actually free, you get to post your querry for free an get the answer but all the times doctor need report or images of the issue which is normal but when you try to upload image on free consultation it will give you error 500 and you will have to upload your querry without report/image and Doctor will reply share report or image then you will have to pay 500 per reply and this time your image will successfully be uploaded.

1 ★The app is worse. I booked 50 hour chat consultation and doctor didn't spare even 10 minutes with me. Please don't use this platform . Instead look for alternatives likes 1mg. I am totally dissatisfied with this.
1 ★Wasted my money. After payment didnt get any call from the doctor. Trying to be in touch with their support team but no one is attending the call and neither are replying to the mail.
