1 ★Literally useless app. Please do not install, it's a total waste of space. It does not do anything literally anything. It never showede connected devices that is the one of the most important things to monitor. I never usually give ratings but this is app is soo usless, I had to come here and write.
1 ★I am an existing Airtel Broadband user and while trying to create a Xstream fiber account it says Device not found..wait a minute..what ?..yes..Device not found..
1 ★Application is not accurate. If I have 5 devices and 3 are connected with Airtel Xstream fiber and 2 are connected with other wifi network then app will show all 5 devices connected with Airtel fiber (because all 5 devices connected a day before with Airtel only), Refresh button is needed. There is no option available for "how much data used in day" (remaining data stats is not enough to clear everything). App need to be improved for all options, Sometimes other options don't work properly.
1 ★Why are things complicated instead of making them simpler. If I had issue with broadband connection before used to just try to diagnose and then place a service request. Now it asks to use this app. I try to register with my registered mobile number it says device not found. Doesn't even allow to create an account. How am I supposed to use the app then.
2 ★I have been experiencing spotty connection for quite a while and there is no way for me lodge a complaint. Its good to be able to run diagnostic check and troubleshoot a few things on my own but there is no way for me to report a broken cable, which indeed happened to me a while ago and the line man just reconnected the broken cable saying that he would turn up again to replace the cable but it never happened. I even tried 121 but due to the COVID situation its extremely exhausting.
5 ★A good experience, analysis of problem ,sending of report and the tech guy was over to fix the problem with half hour .Very useful and stress free.
3 ★Many time it doesnt show connected devices. I need another connection to run it in problem. Not beneficial
1 ★Most of the time I am not getting any speed. The Speed to my experience is between 0.00 Bytes to few Kilo Bytes only. At night I am getting good speed. But during day time invariably the speed is abnormally low. This is more so when I try to make payments. This has been the experience with other Service Providers too. All complaints are simply useless. Nothing is going to Improve. But We are all forced to use One or the other Service Provider to keep things moving. Bye.
1 ★Well i want to know why this application has been made available if it does no troubleshooting whatsoever.I loved the interface..real fancy but sadly thats the only thing, instead of making it useful they have deployed it as a sad excuse.I feel the number of screen options must be reduced to one where it just shows "yay!You got this app but it doesn't work".I would prefer not giving it any rating but one star is the least i could specify.I would mention the problem i faced but others already did
2 ★Very good app to control your broadband but technicians who visit premises close service request on their own without getting issue resolved.
1 ★Worst app, Airtel thanks app says for any wifi issue check this app. But when I try to register my broadband number in this app, it throws error 'No device register'. There is no way to contact Airtel service center or support team. I have been a customer of Airtel since last 10 years, still no privilege. Now they are only focussing on new connection request. Worst service and support.
3 ★Where is the support section? This app is suppose to be for support for fiber connection where I can raise a service request if anything is wrong with my connection but I don't see it anywhere. Just like other apps this seems to be useless. 121 never gets connected and apps have no way to get to support. What should customers do then? 3 stars only for the tools provided, I am being very generous here.
