1 ★It is crashing every time I run it.
3 ★Edit on 1st December: After the new update, the login problem has been sorted out. However, the reading interface is still as unfriendly as before. ************* It's not opening at all after the recent update. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Keeps saying "Oh Snap"! 🙄
2 ★The new app will not login without phone number and then I cannot link my email id as it says user exists. Simple solution would be to allow both email and phone number based login. The old app was so much better and delivered a great reader experience.
1 ★The app shows error (starting with oh snap ! We didn't expect this error) many a times. Not sure what to do to resolve this. It had been observed all most everytime I use app. I have a subscription for this boo app from airtel for 1 year but can't add free books to shelf. Everytime when I try to add, it says you already have used for this month. I opened it on 3rd Jan first time in Jan month. How it is possible!! Worst to handle errors and subscription.
1 ★Really poor customer service. The app doesn't automatically work with airtel Thanks. I requested for support abd never received a response. Now the app says my plan has expired 🙄
2 ★As airtel platinum member, i am entitled for free access to readers club.. let alone that, app does not even allow to read free books.. there is glitch or something else.. Development team may want to look into this Also many books show download error....
1 ★Worst!!! I got free subscription with my airtel postpaid plan. I have signed up using my airtel number and in app it is showing free access lifetime for readers club, but when I am adding the book with readers club option it is saying "you have consumed the books for this month. Please add in next month". Such a pathetic app. Requesting to resolve this bug as soon as possible.
1 ★Not able to login to readers club account. Also shows a book as 'free' on list and asks money when you open it. A good Final year BTech student will make a better app than this. This app in its current stage will not even be accepted as college project, let alone running business with such a bad product. Short review for the app: Aw snap!
1 ★Great idea, gone terribly wrong. Most of the books I bought are not showing in the shelf now. They appear in my computer but doesn't open in the browser. Have complained but yet to get a solution. No phone number provided for help.
1 ★New version of the app is screwed up. Can't even login coz it doesn't have a email login feature now and I don't have phone number attached to my account. Earlier it was solely based on email rather than phone number. Support is of no use. Don't even reply back.
1 ★Worst app with worst customer service. I am a Premium Airtel customer but I am unable to access free books from Juggernaut. Everytime it says, I don't have access to Club Membership and even if I try to access the club ,it gives error. The app is not opening and books are not free even with membership. I don't understand how are u operating this app with worst user experience. Will never pay a penny to use this and will recommend others also to do so.
1 ★Purchased a book. Amount deducted but the book is not added to the shelf. It is asking me to purchase the book again. Just shows an entry in my transactions with status "Order received". Support team doesn't respond to multiple emails. Just scamed me of my purchase amount. Worst app!
