De igual manera podrán ser usuarios y registrarse todas las organizaciones sociales que operan en el Putumayo como: clubes deportivos, iglesias, juntas de acción comunal, juntas de vivienda, cabildos indígenas, consejos comunitarios afro, asociaciones, fundaciones, corporaciones, cooperativas entre otras.
