Baseado em match de interesses e atrelado à metas estratégicas da organização, o Zing conecta estas pessoas de uma maneira fácil e rápida.
1) O colaborador cria a iniciativa no Zing. Esta iniciativa aparecerá para os outros colaboradores de acordo com seus interesses.
2) Se o colaborador quiser participar da iniciativa, basta dar um like.
3) Do outro lado, quem criou a iniciativa também poderá dar like.
4) Zing! Os dados de contato dos colaboradores ficarão disponíveis após o match.
