4 ★Not a perfect 5 but I still love this app I really do, just wish you could tune the pitch and speed of each individual beat. Idk if it's because I have an Android but the Bluetooth connection needs to be more more high-speed. There's an annoying delay when using Bluetooth with speakers and headphones making it very difficult to freestyle. Thus not being able to hear any of the bass. Besides that the app is great with a vast variety of beats to choose from and they're all free!
2 ★-pros- Easy to use for beginners. Nice layout. Large-screen phone owners will dig it. -cons- Response time from tapping a trigger to actually hearing a sound is pretty bad; the demo video makes it look instant, but this was not the case while I used it. Holy christ the ads. A cleverly placed banner is ok but unskippable VIDEO ads while I'm trying to have fun ruins the experience and results in an uninstall. We see TONS of ads nowadays. We don't need to see em while trying to be creative.
5 ★Handy app that helps you build rhythm the loops can be a bit short but it isn't a professional synthesizer so it gets the job done. Entertaining to build short peaceful loops but seems to be lacking once I try to make more complex rhythms. Making a slight adjustment to my review, I received a comment on it and was very impressed with the fact that they have me a direct link to send them ideas. The app is nice and having a responsive developer makes it even better
4 ★I've been looking for an app like this for soooooo long! This by far the best drum pad app out there. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a fun pastime, or is wanting to make music, but is unsure about it. Although, there is one improvement that can be made in my opinion. In the loop mode, there aren't nearly enough spaces. I always want to add a bridge section between other sections of my songs, but I always have to rush through sections in order to make a complete song.
4 ★If you are not a pro then it is super easy to learn. I just got the app because it looked cool. This is really fun to explore and have fun with really. The ads aren't the best but if you disconnect from you monile data and or internet then you are add free. Keep in mind that you can't change whatever type of pad you are on if you don't have internet. I really like this app. I make music for people so seeing what they have put down for turtorials and what not might put me out of a job😉. Great!
3 ★it's a pretty cool app! I'm having alot of fun playing with the beats and slowly learning each step! I'm making my own beats with random ones! it's just that it's about the ads which I know that you guys need the ads so it's ok to me! I just hope that the tutorials get a bit better than having to do the beat over and over again even though you are doing right. but it's a cool app!
4 ★Honestly love it, but i think it could be better if there was a way to layer differen beats at different speeds. Having a constant drumbeat at a faster speed would sound great paired with some thing long a dramatic almost. I had a good beat going and found out i couldnt colustomize the speed of the drum to the long drawn out sound. Kinda suck ut still turned out okay
3 ★I give it a 3 due to not being able to control the independent cut off/gate/trigger/volume of each pad. Without a way for the user to assign sounds to pads that would facilitate each individual's performance mode style/dexterity/overall ability, it gives one a very basic introduction into this craft. The FL Studio backbone is solid, however, sans the ability to time stretch/pitch the samples and the constraint of the tempo +/- in 5 BPM increments makes this a really cool...toy.
1 ★I'll update my review since the developer responded. The concept is cool, they get that. The songs however feel lackluster and don't really sound too great for their respective genres. The biggest problem though is that the app is designed to lure you into a subscription model that banks on the user forgetting to cancel their free trial. This is essentially the only option if you intend on using the app, because there is an ad every single time you click on something or enter a different page.
2 ★Fun app, and actually really intuitive. The ads ruin the experience utterly. And yes I'm probably gonna get some corporate ass response as to why there was an ad between EVERY SINGLE lesson, and an ad literally between notes (I'll change to 1 star if I do). Anyway, less intrusive ads and maybe you'll have a product worth something.
5 ★It's not free, unless you watch some ads, but thats fair enough. It's a cool app with unique sounds, also has a step sequencer where you can make your own beat pattern, and adjust the tempo. Only thing that'd be nice would be to have more than 4 bars to work with, or maybe more beats in a given measure or time. But all in all pretty decent bro....:-)
3 ★the sounds are awesome and i love the tutorials. but the problem is that sometimes the button inputs do not respond, so it acts like it doesnt press the button. if it has to do with the BPM feature, then that feature really dhould be there as its really unnecessary when it comes tousing this app as there is no way to measure your beats in it.
