Rメールアプリは楽天モバイル（ドコモ回線/au回線）をご契約のお客様がお使いいただける無料のメールサービス向けアプリです。「@rakuten.jp」のドメインを提供しています。※2021年6月1日（火）より「楽天メール」のサービス名称が変更になりました。サービス名称のみの変更となり、現在ご利用いただいているサービス内容等に変更はございません。また、メールの受信設定などもそのままで引き続きご利用いただけます。
※RメールアプリからGmailにログインする際、エラーとなる事象が発生しております。現在原因調査中となります。

■主な機能
・シンプルなフォルダモードと便利なチャットモードの2種類から、お好きな方をお使いいただけます。

・どなたにでも簡単にお使いいただけるよう、操作性を追求しました。アカウントの設定も難しさを排除しています。
・すでにお使いの他社メールサービス (Yahoo、Gmail、Outlook、Goo mail、Nifty、iCloud、Hotmail、AOL 等) のメール管理を簡単に行うことができます。
・従来のケータイ電話でお馴染みの「絵文字」や「デコメール」を無料でお使いいただけます。
■設定方法
Rメールアプリの「アカウント選択」より「新しいアカウントを追加」を押下いただき、各社が提供しているメールサーバー設定情報を入力いただくことで複数のメールサービスを1つのメーラーでご利用いただけるようになります。同時にご利用可能なメールアカウントは5件までです。
■利用方法
１．楽天モバイルのメンバーズステーションにて、お好きなメールアドレスをご登録ください。
２．本アプリをインストールしてください。Android OSのVer.5.0以降の機種に対応しています。
３．インストールしたRメールアプリを開き、１で登録したメールアドレスとパスワードを入力してください。

■ご注意事項
・Rメールでご利用いただく初期パスワードは、メンバーズステーションログイン時にご利用いただいているパスワードと同じものが設定されています。もしRメールのご利用パスワードを変更される場合は、楽天モバイル「メンバーズステーション」内の「無料メールアドレスのパスワード変更」から行ってください。Rメールご利用開始後、メンバーズステーションのログインパスワードを変更されても、Rメールのパスワードは変更されませんのでご注意ください。
・Rメールをお使いのお客様より、受信通知（PUSH通知）が正常に動作していないとのご指摘をいただいております。以下ケースにおいて、動作の遅延または動作自体発生行われないことがございます。必要に応じて、お客様がご利用の端末の設定をご変更ください。
1)OS設定メニューによるバックグラウンド通信の制限本設定をされている場合、バックグラウンドでの新着通知が受けられなくなります。
2)端末独自機能の省電力モードの実行バックグラウンドアプリの通信を制限する場合、新着通知が受けられなくなります。
3)タスクキラーアプリ等によるバックグラウンドアプリの強制終了バックグラウンドでのアプリ起動が出来ないため、新着通知が受けられなくなります。いずれのケースも楽天メールのバックグラウンド通信を許可して頂くことで、PUSH通知の実行が改善されます。
