1 ★They have issues to assign a courier. At the end the order gets canceled and you wait ages for a refund, or you get delivered cold food. Glovo seems to be better.
1 ★This news actually breaks my heart. I was such an avid supporter and recommending the app to anyone that would listen. Until far too many consecutive horrific experiences with 'support staff'. Leading me to have to consciously 'quit' the use/ support of the services. It was indescribably unpleasant dealing with that team. If any lesson is to be learned moving forward.
1 ★Seems that recently there's a bad play on courier assignment? It happened twice already that the foods are ready to be picked but the assigned driver went far away from a close distance into other municipality. Does bot occupy the driver assignment? Support team only gave response 30 mins after report. So forget the food coming in warm. What happened with you Bolt? You were good before...
1 ★I really enjoyed this App for the longest time, decent restaurant choices and good prices, it was my main app for ordering food, which I do almost daily. Lately the experience can however only be described as horrible. Orders ready for pickup need anything from 20-30 minutes before a courier shows up at the restaurant- which results in the food delivered being soggy, cold and not really tasty, because delivery will usually take another 20-30 minutes. Cannot recommend at all.
1 ★On my first attempt to login in/sign up, I get an error message that there's too many login attempts. 😄... yeah, had to uninstall it immediately as it's completely useless.
1 ★Worst app/ customer servuce doesnt care about anything. Like literally useless, they ignored my messages after asking for help. If there could be numbering review then -10000 for their ignorance. I suggest no tourist to use this no options no way to contact
1 ★This app has a lot of issues when it cos to deliverimg on time, and also I have multiple times received uncooked or miss items when I order and when I write a complaint they app doesn't compensate honestly the app is usless I'd rather use Uber eats.
1 ★I just ordered food from Riga Asian Street food and shrimp crisps were not delivered. Those costed more than 3 EUR. I had to chat with automated responses which did not solve my problem. Money was offered to be refunded only to Bolt account! I need my actual money back! Your service is terrible!
1 ★It's easier for me to uninstall this app than to turn this annoying daily notifications off. Isn't that obvious that if I don't click on "hey, come check what you can order today" notification few days in a row I'm not interested? I thought in 2023 all apps have this figured out but here we are...
1 ★Order arrived late, and the food was cold. Bolt Food customer support refused to help and said it was the responsibility of the restaurant and we would need to take it up directly with them. While I agree that the restaurant was at fault in the situation, I expected that Bolt Food would want to take care of fixing the situation. The app itself is fine, but their customer support is worth zero stars.
1 ★Customer support, I thing they should remove this option from app , it's not working anyways, "we will contact you in 10 minutes" yeah right more like - never, and they don't give a f that you have issues with your order..... Sad that I can't rate it on 0.
1 ★If you have an option to pay cash on delivery, use that. I ordered food, the rider was unreachable, tried calling several times to give instructions. I placed my phone down for a few minutes, I came back, two missed calls 3 minutes back. I called, unreachable. I checked the app only to see they wrote it was delivered. I msged bolt, they claimed they cancelled but still didn't refund at least for the FOOD! It was written as delivered. How can a whole Bolt rip off its clients! Who are you serving?
