1 ★It was an OK app. I m coming with an update regarding my review to inform other drivers to strongly start a total boycott of the Bolt driver app as they started to ask for a always location permission and it's very intrusive and rude. Bolt has also increased the commission to 20%+ and they are looking to keep increasing their commission offering nothing in return. Flagging the app and consolidating a strong response to bolt new policy will delay unfair and unjust treatment
1 ★It used to be great, but lately, it's been worse. Accounts get blocked unfairly without warning. My account went from temporarily blocked to permanently blocked! Drivers' scores decrease like crazy, even when it's a customer's fault. Reporting the issue doesn't help much. The rates are way less in long-distance trips, which is unfair for the drivers.
4 ★I'd really like the "stop new request " button to work. My confirmation rate drops, because while i'm on my last trip, requests are still coming in, and i have to reject them, couse i want to log out after the current trip. So, please make that "stop new request " button to do it's job.
1 ★So how or why would a rider cancel a request and it will affect the driver's score? Its not good Bolt, please check it.because some riders cancel because u give them a long pickup. Meanwhile the person is in a hurry or they may have a changeof mind. Thank you
2 ★The truth is that bolt can do better in some aspects. No 1. Declining of request shouldn't affect our rating we should choose the trip we want to go and not forcing people to go for a trip they don't feel like going just because they don't want their rating to drop. No2. When one is on a ride and another order comes they driver cannot call or text the rider but if the rider cancel it's affect the driver. It ought not to be so. Please bolt should work on that. And many more.
4 ★Crashes during surge and drivers score gets affected subsequently. Otherwise, it is a great tool to use. I am giving it a 4 star to allow room for improvement during load.
5 ★The app is excellent and reliable at all given time,bolt should consider drivers more so during this festive seasons by avoid block drivers accounts due to minor issues like selfie might be clear due to either camera quality of the phone that may lead to bad quality picture capturing therefore should give atlist some 3 trials because many rely on the app as their source of income and is what give them something to bring at the table and pay some of their bills as well,I give bolt 100% services.
5 ★Excellent app. Very light weight and works all the time. I like the new trip notification ringtones, very smooth and pleasant unlike the old loud annoying tone that has been around since.
3 ★the app misbehave sometimes,what happened is that when you receive a request, sometimes you will try picking but it will just be rotating for some seconds and it will tell you, you did not respond.that is one of the many problems with the app.
1 ★Now bolt is doing well Now driver are safe Again the app works diligently and I would love to say if the payment method can change, in terms of accepting a part payment, if this happen more driver will fall on the app. Finally uber and yango have partners who do work and pay or gives cars to people, which is really helping them catching more drivers on their platform, yango and uber if it's not theirs cars they are giving for driver, I don't think they can have drivers on the fields, more to say
1 ★bolt driver app has lately become very useless app 1.when you have an order coming in the keeps ringing,the accept icon not working and then they will tell you that you didn't respond thus your acceptance rate keeps going down 2.The app is not displaying over other apps.once you open another app bolt app goes off 3.when you get to the pick up point and the rider delays to show up there is no compensation for waiting time.some client dalays for even 15mins THE EXPERIENCE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL 😞
3 ★Great app, but still has plenty room for improvement. The navigation needs work and certain features like rose requests need a route overview before accepting. The support menu needs to be easier to use with direct communication to the support team. There should be a panic button for emergencies like notorious taxi crimes in case the driver or passenger needs police assistance.
