1 ★I've been having payment problems, and I get charged 2-4 times, and it sometimes doesn't work at all. In the past it used to work fine (I'm using the same card, and Google Pay doesn't work at all). I often avoid to use it because it's too unreliable and takes to much time.
5 ★Absolutely good for the first time using it, to those who are using the app for the first time don't lose hope some drivers can cancel rides if they see you haven't taken any rides before not because your destination pay less no, they do it for their safety some can be criminals. Soon or later you will enjoy if you keep using bolt fast and secured transport will be your daily bread.
1 ★I gave a star because there isn't the half star option. Drivers are pretending unilaterally on their App a change happened to the trip and no control over it by bolt you just find the price increased without any notification. Be careful if your destination did not change and the price change, the driver is stealing you with Bolt complicity. Now I am using uber the prices are better and cars are cleaner with air conditioner
5 ★For tourist like me, Bolt is better than hiring taxi. Once you downloaded the app, you can choose what type of car is best for you and will show the price of trip. Hiring taxi might charge you more after reaching your destination but thru Bolt, you'll see the amount you need to pay and even the route of the trip.
3 ★Had a 5min ride on bolt drive, parked the car and ended ride. But the rent continued and the next day lucky me noticed some payments from my card. That's how i discovered that the app had an error or smth and didn't end the ride. Still hope for some bolt balance refund, cuz the car was parked almost 24 hours and it couldn't do any real financial losses that i was billed for.
3 ★Bolt algorithm goes down every back road and speed bump between journey points. At half way point tried to redirect to the smother, faster alternative. Foregoing the I'm the driver, I'm the customer discussion, eventually got onto the optimal route.
1 ★My phone was stolen by the driver. I signed in on my other phone to contact him but it said no rides yet under ride history. Under help, report lost phone, it said go to the website and report it. At the website, it doesn't even feature the city im in Pattaya. I couldn't get beyond this point. No wonder the drivers steal! They know you can't get ahold of anyone to do anything about! Do not use this non functional app. You will be ripped off!
4 ★Good! I mean doesent have any problems, of dirtiness ect. But, I needed to get somewhere and I canceled too much times Too long waiting time, driver asked to cancel. Got blocked, only thing u get is "blocked until ..... date too much canceling ect" Ended up getting there too late! Let's say it was at 14.30 And i got there 16.30! Can you believe it??
3 ★The map is very accurate and it often gives me issues because it points the driver in the wrong direction and we waste time trying to find the right way. Sometimes the name of the place is wrong and the location is right, sometimes it's the opposite. Please fix this, it's a big problem.
1 ★Despite reserving taxi a day before, when the time came my taxi was at the time I ordered it. There were no notice before the time I was suppose to leave and cancellation came quite late, therefore I had to urgently look for other taxi option since I had to make it to the bus. Such way of handling reservation would make me choose other company rather than Bolt since you don't know if you will end up having a ride or not
1 ★In Tbilisi, Georgia, there are two ride sharing apps, Bolt and Yandex Taxi. I used to prefer Bolt. No longer. Bolt customer support has been slow or even non-responsive. Yandex Taxi customer service is FAR better. They are always quick to make refunds, or correct errors. They actually care about how the customer feels about his or her ride. Ironically, Bolt is usually 20%+ more expensive than Yandex, and even more so to and from the Airport. Be warner
1 ★got a ride, driver took wrong route but price never got rectified as promised by the driver. when using app to contact get an null reference exception. 4 years later and still 1 stars. Drivers always cancel accepted rides or take a long time to arrive, pet drivers arrive at pickup and say they can't take dogs and just leave!? Contacted support several times and never got offered any sort of compensation or good explanation.
