How to install T-Mobile Play APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★Why has this app installed itself on my phone? This is not my phone carrier. I have no use for this app. Now my phone is so wonky. Doing things it should not be doing. There is a privacy issue with this app. Why am I not able to uninstall? Not happy my phone is a piece of junk now and I am unable to uninstall. Wrong, just wrong. No stars for nothing. Thanks🤔 Wow! 1 ★This app is the most annoying damn app Ever!!!! You can't delete it and you get multiple notifications a day. Its straight up harassment.
5 ★Your app is truly a pleasure to turn to when I can't find YouTube Music in my phone; it's almost as good as having the ideal musical user experience at your fingertips while being slightly better because of the well-placed and compelling content. Yours Truly, not Bill Jeff Clint, not 2k19, but somebody who can look pretty decent at trying to care. (Also I didn't remember I had this app, can you please make more fun magenta apps so I can think about Blues Clues on my phone when I feel like it :))
1 ★I Love my T-Mobile experience, in Store, on Line, Messaging, & esp. with my payments, it's all been so wonderfully easy, but the app truely SUCK'S ! I haven't been able to watch a thing, the movies are old, I"ve never watched a news program for a full 2 1/2 min. without somekind of stall, &/or crash. The app takes up a lot of un Nessary space that I could really use. QUANDRY ... To do, or, not to do..... It's hard to rate 5 Stars for T-Mobile Service 0 for the app.
1 ★I don't use this app, I can't remove it, and if it's updated to the latest version and you stop the app it restarts itself.
4 ★Pretty cool Easter egg that comes preinstalled on most T-Mobile devices. The main drawback even though it's not always compatible. (They just blanket installed it) nice thing is, unlike other bloatware this one is Uninstallable yay thank you. But I'm not Uninstalling it because it's free live TV on your phone Not a great selection of channels but there are a few gems. Also you can set reminders and my favorite parts alarm clock mode to wake you up with a specific channel and sleep timer.
1 ★In latest round of updates,they've made it so you get notified HOURLY and you can't turn off notifications, you can't uninstall anything, you can't force stop permanently. I've been discussing it with their customer service for the last 2 months..yes 2 months..and it is still happening
1 ★This app is constantly downloaded onto my device without permission. I uninstall it every other month. You can't even uninstall the app from the home screen. You have to delete the app through the Google Play store. It's sketchy and invasive.
1 ★Didn't ask for it- Don't want it. Not only can I not delete or uninstall it, I can't even disable it popping up in my alerts. Just one more of many problems since having T-Mobile take over as my carrier, but this is more about arrogance when shoving something that should be an option down a client's throat.
1 ★This app forces me to deal with unwanted notifications, the settings refuses to turn off the notifications and I'm not allowed to fully uninstall it. It was installed on my phone without my permission. As far as I'm connected it's malware.
1 ★Sucks the paint off a railing. I keep shutting it down, but can't get rid of it. It's worse than herpes. Notifications force me to look at "news" that I couldn't possibly care less about, then when I try to shut it down, it tells me "app isn't responding." Shove this damn thing where the sun never shines. Oh, and figure out a way to give ZERO stars, or a negative number.
