1 ★If you are having problems with syncing your mailbox, try turning off your Wi-Fi.
1 ★The same ongoing problems. I'm lucky if I get a message the same day. In fact I'm really lucky if I get a message. I reach out and T-Mobile repeats the same msg. We're so sorry, we are working on resolving your problem. Then the txt msg asking to rate the rep. Wrong question, wrong time. Never respond to their surveys on the same day.. 9.9 times because the problems are not resolved. Meanwhile we're charged for this services.
1 ★Unfortunately if you have T Mobile you don't have much choice but to use this app for voice mail, but it doesn't work right and T Mobile doesn't seem to care. Every time I open it, it says it is associated with a different account and I must set up a new account or reboot my phone. If I say to set up a new account, it finds my voice mail, but only after going through several screens trying to get me to pay for upgrading.
1 ★Has always been horrible and made worse by limitations unless you pay for what T-Mobile considers enhanced. Makes it impossible for you to change voicemail apps other than by call forwarding that is not guaranteed to always work. If phone is locked, forget about changing number the system uses for your voicemail. Of all the things they have done, I've been waiting for an uncarrier event that says we are modernizing voicemail and it will be free. Just allow us to is Google Voice VM already.
1 ★Stopped working. I've had this app as along as I've had T-Mobile. Unfortunately, I am not getting voice-mail and I can't delete messages. It says that it there is not update needed. Use to be perfect for me. Now, I'm forced to find a new app because I'm missing important messages.
1 ★Always get error messages that say to call "Customer Care" if problem persists but no ph# provided. Visual translation is horrible. Translated my wife's voicemails in Arabic on more than one occasion. Ben & Jerry's @ Safeway translated to "been injuries the safe way". Oh & most of the time, I don't get the voicemails until about 2-3 HOURS after the message was left. Have read quite a few but not all the reviews & haven't seen any responses from the app developer regarding issues.
3 ★This app needs attention from the developers. It's clunky and errors out alot. It's hardly reliable compared to simply just calling your voicemail from your phone. Needs work, used to be better.
3 ★I don't appreciate having trouble getting my messages, the app requires great efforts to update, without update fails more often.
1 ★It once again will not auto sync and notify of voicemails until the phone is plugged in to charge, it was fixed, and now it isn't again. March 2021: still not fixed. April 2021: still not fixed. May 2021: still not fixed.
1 ★Lots of problems, lots of very old problems that somehow no one bothers to fix. For example, my version never notifies me if I have new message. I've gotten numerous emails fron T-mobile telling me that they are aware of the problem. Yet nothing changes. Seems like being able to notify a user of a new message is a very basic, fundamental requirement of a tool like this. Apps should make your life easier, not more complicated. This app does not do that in the least.
1 ★Why call it "Visual Voicemail" if there is nothing to visualize. I signed up for the feature after my sim card was changed, promising "better reception and service." I see offers to send my voicemail text to sms or email. Why would I do that when I should have visual text to read in the visual voicemail app? I do not have time to listen to voicemails which is why visual text is convenient. Seems like T-mobile just wants more money for the same service. I miss the simplicity of Sprint.
1 ★When somebody leaves a voicemail I don't get it until 5 to 10 hours later. so what good is this if you can't use it. it would be pretty bad if somebody had to get ahold of you important for emergency and then they leave a message and you'll get for 5 to 6 hours later.
