3 ★The concept is amazing. It increases the functionality of the appliance. For only that they deserve a 5 star. 4/6/21: I update my previous review because the devs indeed they fixed the bugs mentioned in my previous review. However, new bugs turned up. I set the appliance remotely to a "delayed start" after I set my washing program and then everything went wrong. From that moment the application works only if my phone is connected to the same wifi as the appliance.So, no actual remote control
3 ★Well, I can use the app, but it's not synchronised with phone. Doesn't give accurate information about washing cycle. For example, it says that it will last for 2 hours, even though you set it to wash for an hour or so... previous version was better connected to the phone..I would like you to make serious changes and improvements to the app.
1 ★Refuses to connect waste of energy, was having issues with the dryer dying anything for longer than 20 mins before it switches it's self off, thought this might resolve it. Sadly did not, this is the worst app for the worst drier! Can't even sell it as my conscience will not allow me to sell such a product. Yes I'm angry
3 ★Useless app, it connected the first time, then it doesn't connect anymore. Wi-fi has maximum strenght, NFC activated, but nothing happens. Tried to uninstall and re-install the app, same result :(. Later edit: I removed the washer appliance from the app and added it again and it started working again.
1 ★Would give it zero stars if I could. Recent update has now deleted my washing machine. The app just gets worse and worse. And I cannot even add the washing machine now. I also sent you an email about three months ago, but still have got no reply. Previous version of App - App takes forever to connect, even when the display on the washing machine says remote on, the app just can't find the machine. The only way to connect is force the app to stop and then restart it. Then sometimes the app will lose connection with washing machine even though washing machine wifi light is on. I know the washing machine is using some kind of ESP module from Espressif. I have other ESP modules that connect flawlessly. So I reckon its a poorly coded app and possibly poorly executed code on the ESP module. You really need to sort this out. The only reason I bought the machine was for the wifi and Alexa connectivity. But the alexa connectivity is a bit long winded. Why can't I say "Alexa how long until my washing ends" But no, you have to say "Alexa ask Candy Simply Fi how long until my washing ends". And where do favourites get stored as they don't appear on the app.
1 ★The app will not connect over WiFi to an oven using a Samsung Galaxy s10. I tried at least 7 times each time the app said registered successfully and you can now use your oven over WiFi yet the app was stuck on this screen with no option other than quit setup. After quiting to get back to the app home screen my oven doesn't appear in my devices. My wife tried it on her Google Pixel 4 and it worked first time with no problems.
1 ★It was working. But now I can't connect! Wasted hours trying. It keeps saying "cause simply-fi" Why!! I'm so angry.. Doesn't Connect by Bluetooth either, never has been able to. And my WiFi connection is excellent so it's not that. I still can't connect!
1 ★Rubbish don't waste your time! you go through the how to guide on the app but the damn machine won't display the correct 3 letters (ble) to allow you to conect via Bluetooth before you can get it to conect to WiFi. Waste of time the instructions are useless too.
3 ★App worked great in the beginning, but I haven't been able to use it for few days. Every time I go into it, it just says updating. It's been doing this for days, so I can't use the app. I checked on Playstore and the app is updated.
2 ★Frustrating on day 2... all set up working fine, then out of nowhere wont connect appliance off line. Husband is a telecoms engineer so trust me when I say there's no issue with our WiFi. I Currently can't use one of the settings as I can only use it online. Very annoying....
1 ★It takes a lot of time to register the product, it Just gets stuck in the last setup page, it informs that it was successful in connecting the washing machine to the application but it doesn't move ahead from that page
1 ★Doesn't work Can't add appliance as it keeps saying internet connection required despite being online with full WiFi strength. Previous review replied check WiFi or email helpdesk. Emailed helpdesk twice with no reply.
