A SupaTools subscription is required to fully unlock access to SupaDESK Mobile. Existing customers can generate user authentication tokens from within the SupaTools application and distribute them to their users.
SupaDESK Mobile has been designed with a very flexible interface that can be altered at the back-end to provide a customized list of tickets.
The core functionality of the current version allows you to:
· List Tickets, Changes and Tasks using pre-defined views
· Change the status of a Ticket
· Submit a new Ticket from a list of available templates
· Filter Ticket lists using search criteria
· Assign yourself to an unassigned Ticket
· Reassign a Ticket to someone else
