1 ★Always has technical difficulties. I have yet to be able to download an invoice so I have no idea what I'm paying for and cannot keep track of my data. I never had a problem with Fido so why is the Rogers app complete garbage?
1 ★horrible app.. have been trying to pay my bill and every time i try too, the app crashes and doesn't allow me to input my credit card number. fix this... this is supposed to be a Rogers business application..
1 ★I think the problems are all caused by the fact that the Roger's web site is so slow. I get the same type of issues when I try to access their web site through an Internet browser (Chrome).

1 ★I cant view my bill because I need to link my account. In order to link my account I need my invoice date. I cant get my invoice date because I cant view my bill. It also fails to register info imputed and has no prompts, just goes to black crashed pages then makes you do it all again.

2 ★just not well thought out. went in Rogers store. they need my postal code used on account. as i have house, office and mail address we need to know which was on account bill or profile. good luck.
