1 ★Sign in icon stuck nearly two days. I'm reinstalling 3rd time so far. Horrible app.

1 ★Response:Clearing the cache did not work and had to uninstall the app and re-install. Worked fine for few days and now again it is not working and letting me login in even after uninstalling and re-installing multiple times. How are we supposed to manage our house security with such a useless app. Can't even login into the account using the app, how can we then monitor our house. Every time I put in the username and password takes me back to the login page instead of logging in.

1 ★Do not recommend, chances are you're still within the 15 day cancellation period, do yourself a favor and return the home monitoring services. Here are the major issues I'm having 1- can't login if you have an android phone, so the app is only compatible with Apple(IOS). 2- when using IOS The" remember my credentials" doesn't work, so everytime you exit the app, you have to retype your username and pass. I don't understand how can they release an app without testing the very first button!

1 ★Impossible to log in, now I'm redirect to the website logged in going back to the app to ask me to login again takes me over 20 min to login edit: Do not believe that such an app has not yet been fixed, every time I go to the page to do login a million times have to do until it catches 1.4 stars is too much Rogers Wake up It does not make sense for a company of this size to have such an exhausting app

1 ★App will not work with android phone. You will need to wipe your data cache almost every time to log in. System is worse. Motion detector rarely worked. And broadband connection interferred with other wifi devices on 2.7 ghz frequency. App will not work on only a cellular network. Chime cannot be disabled. Do yourself a favour dont buy this alarm system. Better options on the market. Funny how responsive Rogers is when you write a negative review but try calling them for customer service.

Every time I want to open the app I have to force stop, clear data & restart my phone."This app requires wifi" when I am clearly connected to wifi & every other app works at the time. Their devices don't work with Alexa & because the app never works trying to use Google voice commands don't work either. There are hundreds of products on Amazon that work 1000x better without the hassle of dealing with Rogers.

1 ★Constant glitches, won't sign in half the time and fails to connect to the system alot. Fairly easy to use once your in but lots of hassle otherwise.

1 ★Always re installing this garbage app! And never remembers me when asked. Always having to login completely. Even when it does work its not always in color
