How to install My Airtel APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download My Airtel APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.airtel.africa.selfcare-v1.3.65-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

4 ★Am giving 4 stars because its efficient, I don't have to write down numbers to send to,I just select the number i want send and the magic is done,though I can't use it if I don't have data
3 ★Good app. But it beats me why the developer didn't give an option to input OTP manually. I'm trying to manage my CPE router via my phone and it's practically impossible to do that. Fix that abeg.
5 ★It's an amazing app I love how you can do all your normal transactions that would usually take long if you using the MMS but I wish I could do more with it whilst it was offline I wish it didn't need Bundles to ensure that everything gets done, I don't know if that is possible but for me it makes the Airtel experience fun

Low connection when talking to someone 2. a tendency of preventing transactions that especially are sent to other mobile services with a claim of poor connection but meanwhile you take off the amount and tell customers to wait 36 working hours for the amount to be received to the recepeint. 36 working hours is 4 days meaning you work 8 hours per day. This is really disturbing 😡 This should STOP. Airtel!
3 ★The app is good but at times it fails to give the information you want. Of late it hasn't been showing me data bundles balance. I wished if all sim accounts could be operated on the same app unlike working with only one sim and giving only balance for the other sim
3 ★Nice app! I do my data subscriptions via the app with no challenge. But the app needs to be made SMARTER. In the manage account section all other balances do not show/ update on usage except for call main balance. Please check this out and correct it. Thank you!
1 ★Do not download this app is a fraud. Even if it works for a certain time for you, there will be a day when you will refer every using not just Airtel but their whole app. They swindled my money and my data bundle which I purchased. Customer support is terrible. Full of automated replieseas if we're dumb enough to believe all that. I highly question their reliability. Two words it sucks!
4 ★The app is good for Airtel users. You are able to track your transactions, you just need to set a date from when to view the transactions. It also displays the transaction charges when it comes to money transfer. And also the app imforms more on the various Airtel services offered ..
1 ★This app is no longer working. It tells me to connect to airtel data to use it though i have only airtel lines in phone. And i have 1GB of data on my line. I have tried it several times even i restarted my phone but it can't work.
1 ★I had to change to 1 star because after the update , I have to use airtel date only to open the app before I could use other WiFis at work etc but now am limited and hence I decided to delete the app as well . A will use the old method of dialing *......# Chao...
4 ★You just need to perfect you network the entire Zambia. I have had people calling me and telling me my phone was off and yet my phone is always on 24/7. And this has happened a lot of times! I am based on Ndola. I can't share my phone number here, but I leave along Jacaranda Avenue. Within town center. We even have an AIRTEL tower within our street. But, we still experiencing net work ! Even right at Kafubu Mall net work is a challenge there.
