1 ★there are several things wrong with this app... unfortunately it kept glitching and it took me a full 10 minutes to even be able to register to use it. once I was able to create an account and log in, it cost $15 a month to just use the app. there is nothing free on the app at all. given how poor the login process was. I don't want to trust $15 a month to something that might not work, even with the free 3-day trial. deleted the app as soon as I saw the price point.
2 ★Excellent program with terrible app functions for android. Sadly, I can't get past day 6 because the app won't take me past the "finish" button after day six. If I try the close button, it comes up with a subscription screen, telling me I have already subscribed. I have to close the app and open it again to see the home screen again. Everything in this app takes ages to load. The active reach won't allow me skip back to step 4 if I accidentally skipped forward. Better if the program was a book.
1 ★Very glitchy, clunky and frustrating app. Terrible for people who want to work on their mental health to be presented with an app that is so difficult to use. How frustrating it is to find something that's supposed to assist, and ends being an additional source of stress. A friend just informed me that she was making good progress, but then it wouldn't allow her to progress past one of the lessons, so she totally lost momentum and interest. This is very disappointing for a paid service.
2 ★I like the program but the app on my Android doesn't really work. I've been using the website on my laptop and that works pretty well, but I still can't get the notifications to work to send me active reaches, a key part of the process.
1 ★Like others have posted, I truly love Dr. Leaf but the app really needs improvements. I paid for the service but everything freezes & most of the important videos do not load- for example, the entire approach is based on a meta COG, but the video to explain a meta COG & how to do one would not load, & the resources section with examples of meta COGs & instructions also had errors. This wasnt just a 1 time issue due to connectivity, but a chronic issue due to the quality of the app. Disappointing
5 ★I like that it keeps a record of what I'm learning and contains the lessons one can follow systematically. A point of improvement is to allow one to pause the audio in lessons or move back and forth on the audio using the buttons for moving back 15 sec as they do not work at the moment. Also the videos are also not playing. But all in all a great app to help with the journey to self control and regulation.
3 ★The content is great, but the app is awful. I get to a certain day, 24 and day 6, and can't proceed. Very frustrating, l have not been able to finish a cycle.
2 ★I love the neurocycle and find it beneficial to my mental health, however this app is basically worthless. I wish I could say all the features work, but they don't, which is not good for my mental health. I have tried to have them fix it, but it took over a month to get one part of my issues fixed.
1 ★Defect app. Blank screen after login. There's no experience to experience, no program to join...disappointing...I'm uninstalling.
1 ★Can't even register. Asks me for my DOB and it doesn't do anything. 😮💨
