4 ★Current version 1.6.3 crashes on startup, previous version worked. Crash probably due to incomplete venue configuration ( my fault, will try to resolve )

5 ★I downloaded and installed the app as an ICO investor and in response to the poor review. The app installed, I created my account from a desktop and everything worked the first time I tried to sign in. Proper passwords are handled by password managers like LastPass. I have no idea what my password is but I know it is not likely to be brute forced because it is a mile long string of gibberish and symbols. I suspect the best waiters and hostesses out there worthy of a 30% tip will have no Swish app problems.

1 ★I like the concept, but Swish has bad UX. A new installation on mobile does not allow you to create an account. (there is only option to log-in to existing). Logins on mobile are evil. My phone already has a lock, and Mycelium, you aren't special. Use OAuth! The website is nice for creating a menu. I found no problems there. I had problems trying to change my password. On my desktop, Firefox saves all my passwords, so I make them very secure, using long phrases, caps, numbers, special chars. Initially, I set a strong password. Switching to the mobile app, there was no way I was going to remember that long complicated password or enter it in using my tiny phone's keyboard. I decided I'd change my password to something less secure so I could actually remember it. (another reason to NOT have passwords on mobile!) I did so easily, but was booted out of the WebUI as soon as my password was changed. I couldn't log in again, trying both the original password or the new. I got this message, "Please check the fields highlighted below" when there was LITERALLY no highlighted field at all. Patience lost, I'm out.

3 ★This is not working. It closes on starting and is useless for me. I have galaxy s6 edge. This is a great concept and I want it to work. Will rate 5 if it works
