5 ★Security and this up is up I love the security on this app what it's very hard to complete to sign up it very difficult I think if it does work with NISTR and other those things and couple more information we're legit like passport our ID and nothing that I have I think it would look what solid a bit difficult sometimes to plug in forget a full access but it's a lovely app I love it
1 ★I cant believe Im putting the effort of writing a review put everyone has to know the pitfalls of blockchain. I migrated to this due to Sofi migration. While testing out the app, I added a couple dollars from my bank. Little did I know tjere is a 90 DAY HOLD ON YOUR MONEY after every transfer. your money is stuck regardless how small the transfer amount is compared 2 your full balance. I sold out of my cypto to withdraw but my money is frozen.. Meanwhile bitcoin has gone up massively since.
1 ★Always an issue with withdrawals. Customer service just sends general instructions on how to do a withdrawal when the issue is clearly technical. Same issue was reported vastly in the last 2 years (i found people complaining online). So in two years, this "issue" with the withdrawals is still not solved????Just stay away from this company. My money is still stuck in their appa and customer service is completely ignoring me. Emails, complaints, i tried everything.
1 ★Terrible app. Been using it for years and almost none of the features that have neen introduced work consistently. Can't remove a bank account. Impossible to transfer ETH to a savings account. Update: error message when trying to sell ETH. Also error message when trying to contact support.
3 ★The vibration on chart is the worst. Turned it off and it still vibrates, who REALLY want that on when looking into the micro statistics of a currency or token. Who. Atleast the other fellas of the same services knew better to put that nonse there. "Make sure the off button works", and leave it off by default.
1 ★Awful customer service. Moved money into my interest account and when I tried to withdraw it, they wouldn't let me. I think they are a group of scammers who built an app and now struggling to maintain it. I use 4 other crypto apps and this is the worst by far. It's 2023 and I tries again and it's even worse. Absolutely farcical. Definitely recommended to avoid.
1 ★Update: The app and web version have been stating that bank portion of site is down. For a week now. Cannot cash out and cannot send my bitcoin. Blockchain support keeps giving non answer answer. I have had Blockchain for several months and lately I cannot login on the app or the website. I keep getting accepted and then sent back to the login when it asks for my pin.
1 ★this is the worst app i ever seen for trading .basically i made transfer bank 2 weeks ago .now i still trying to get in touch with this stupid support wich even not answering to my problem .i had to transfer some bitcoin to buy something but i lost the offer.now i have to message and email and get headache with this stupid suport to get only my money back !
1 ★There is always something wrong with this app, and the costumer service always put it down as your fault and not bugs within the app itself. Also the costumers service is very slow which it doesn't help in this volatile market. It is interesting to notice that problems are always realated to moving your funds away from the platform. I wish I had read the reviews before putting my money into it. Stay away!
2 ★9-12-2023 I use this app often but lately it is not good. So many error and problems with buying crypto. And again since this morning I cannot buy cryptocurrency as I always do with my debit card. It doesn't work and all these problems and also the high buying fees is frustrating. It's exhausting and scary sometimes.
1 ★I deposited Bitcoin into my account and sent it 8 times, 3 requests arrived, and 5 transactions are pending, but they did not appear in the balance, and an error appears in showing the transactions or balance. Is this normal!!!
1 ★A ticket needs to be started. I need to access my account. Can't add funds to my account when the app won't accept my password or 12-word phrase. UPDATE: (October 29, 2023) Many months later and still no ticket started to rectify account accessibility issue.
