1 ★never book any car from them fraud company i booked car and entered the address which is close to my location but they told that you have to enter your full home address while I go to change the address it can't be changed you have to cancel the booking first so i cancelled the booking and they cut my 1700 rs in just 15min of time worst company and worst experience please go with zoomcar and drivezy they are reliable and trustworthy avis rates are also too high

1 ★Worst experience from Avis Cars. I had done a booking on 20th March and Cancelled in 15mins. With this I had 2 issues which neither got solved 1. Caution deposit of 5000, not refunded till today nor any reply to my mails or calls. 2. I booked the cab at last moment which is 2hrs before my travel and suddenly plan changed and I cancelled the vehicle within 15min from booking. So much mails I put but they want to refund the money when they're accepting booking till 2hours then the should refund

1 ★Very bad service. They book cars back to back without leaving any room for delay from the previous ride. I was supposed to get my car at 7AM but didnt get any cancellation notification till then. My friends and I were all ready to leave for the trip but received a cancellation at the last moment. Very unprofessional.
