태평양 한가운데까지 무지개를 쫓아가던 심심이는 한동안 쿠레아톨 섬에 머물렀습니다. 플라스틱 조각들을 많이 삼킨 알바트로스들을 돌봐주곤 했습니다.어느 날은 섬 앞바다의 조용하고 투명한 녹색 바다 속 산호초 아래에서 후무후무누쿠누쿠아푸아들과 숨바꼭질 하다가 난생 처음으로 고래들을 만났습니다. 이 고래 무리들은 북쪽 디오미드 섬 근방에 살던 흰돌고래 벨루가들이었는데 어쩐지 따뜻한 바다에 놀러 왔다고 합니다.
