5 ★My Family has always enjoyed eating there! We have also enjoyed having meal with our Friends there! So please keep up the great job!
1 ★Never again. Spent $70 on food and they got everything wrong. I ordered from the app so everything was in black and white...re-checked my order 4 times before I submitted it. How can you order a specific mushroom burger and have it come WITHOUT MUSHROOMS? REALLY??! Come on, you guys can do better than that! WE PAID for french fries that we never received. I could go on and on...but you get my drift.
1 ★Never received food, although i was told the order was picked up and on the way via text message through the app. I could see where the driver was and i saw that he wasnt even close to my address. I called to see if there was a problem but he didnt speak english. I then called the restaurant and they told me my food was still there and i was supposed to pick it up. Two hours later i received a text saying the food was delivered. Food never came. I want a full refund.
1 ★This app is terrible. It did not allow me to apply an offer code when I ordered and it told me the reward it said I had was unavailable. It also forced me to pay online before placing the order, did not give me the option of paying at the restaurant. When I arrived at the restaurant, they told me they couldn't apply the code because I had paid online and I couldn't get the reward for the same reason. They shrugged and told me it was "weird". Didn't seem particularly interested.
2 ★The recent updates are better giving you more options but still not there. You need a type in field for written customizations, temp for burgers, being able to add a sauce like cheese whiz for a side with a burger for the fries not everyone wants them fully loaded on top especially with pickup where they get soggy, and the options for combo items like plain chicken fingers for munchie mania instead of Buffalo. Just a few suggestions but it is improving just can't use it with my picky family.
3 ★App has issues it wont let me pick sides for entrees will tell me to pick two sides even if two are picked
2 ★Missing some basic features. There is no way to add a note to an order. Some items don't allow you to add or remove ingredients. There's no way to add an order of fries. This app is pretty bare-bones compared to most other restaurant apps. It looks nice, but feels incomplete functionality wise.
1 ★Terrible app - says user not found, tried to re-register only to receive an error message that email is already in use. Tried to contact through app to troubleshoot but apparently you can only contact regarding a recent visit. *Super* customer service.
1 ★I tried logging in and it said my info didn't match any account, so I chose to log in with Facebook and create a new account. I added my info., but it wouldn't let me submit after entering all my info. So I uninstalled the app since it was useless!
1 ★Update, Oct 19th. Now app won't even open! What happened to this app? (This past good review was back in July 2020 This app is so easy to use. The food is always ready when I arrive. . I Love It!)
1 ★The latest version of the app includes a questionable component called appsealing which is supposed to provide security. However, the security is not for you but the app developer. It transmits detailed info on your device and apps to a central server to determine if you are running a blacklisted app. You can see a few other reviews where people ran into this problem. Poorly implemented and a bad idea.
2 ★I've tried three times to have this app applied to my screen. It says it has been "installed", but will be avail shortly. What does that mean? Surely not minutes or an hour, as that has come and gone. Are we talking 24-48 hours? Is the site "down"??
